The worker is super rude here. She is an older woman with the head covering. I came here trying to return an AT&T Modem. She removed my modem out of its box and threw it back on top of its box and it almost flew. She gave me angry attitude and seemed annoyed. So I left, but I retuned again 4 days later because this is the closest UPS store near me and again, I was met with hostility from her. Kept telling me, “I can’t do anything for you. I’m trying to tell you.”Super rude.

color printing not available and no signage . Will charge you for just sitting at the computer a ridiculous price. No refunds and refusal of receipt. Unhelpful and Rude staff. Just don’t go here !Update 1/09: had to contact the main corporate office for my refund. This store was contacted and they refused my refund because “I was told color printing was not available”. This is only half true as I was only told AFTER using their computer, which I wouldn’t have used, had I known beforehand. Again, there was no signage indicating that.

I have always had good, straightforward service at this store. It is my go-to for returning items to Amazon and I've never had an issue. The couple that runs it are a bit no-nonsense, but I don't think that warrants a negative review. They clearly work hard and will continue to have my business.

They refused to allow me to bring in my package and drop it off because I had a 8 lbs. 14-year-old dog in my arms. I would never use this business again for any reason whatsoever they were incredibly rude.

I tried to pop in to return some items on my lunch break from work. I brought my dog (poodle Havanese mix) on a leash and was quickly scorned. They honor a strict "no dogs allowed " policy. I was told to go outside and they would come out and help me. After waiting several minutes on the sidewalk in the cold, someone came to scan my stuff. They were less than kind, and I won't be back.

I recommend avoiding this location. Overall, the service was lacking and the woman who runs the location was very rude. I have been charged more for services like printing at this location than other locations. It's much more expensive than its competitors! The hours are also pretty inconsistent; I can't count on the location to be open. Can't recommend it.

I live in midtown-down the street from this store and I ship regularly-at least on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and this store has THE nicest staff of any shipping place in the area. The owners are so sweet and really care about their customers. I come in to big smiles every time and they make shipping really easy for me. Literally like my friendly neighboorhood store haha.

So i been around this area for years now and everyone seems to go to this ups store so I listened. However when I went the main lady that always works there (always the only one I’ve ever seen ) is beyond rude and unprofessional!. Long story short ups lost my package and I went in to ask if she could just track it and also because I talked to so many ups ppl been on the phone for hours and they told me I had to talk to the lady I originally shipped from. I even called the store and it never picks up because “the mail box is full” she doesn’t answer her emails at all . And when I went in I explained to her what happened, she shook her head and told me “no I won’t help you” and I was like what?? Can you at-least track it or see what’s going on with it? And she was like “NO” and then she began talking to someone else and I got super upset so I told her no. I need you to track my package down and again she refused. So I grabbed a piece of paper and wrote down my information with the tracking # and she literally threw it on the floor and when I pick it back up and put it on her desk she begins to go off on me about “writing” on her paper . Then starts to get all crazy with me so we’re arguing and she starts walking around the counter like she’s going to come around and do something. If other ppl weren’t there to ship out there own packages it would’ve definitely gotten a lot worse things were escalating. This place is beyond unprofessional and they(she) rob(s) you by overpricing x100. And to top it off she refuses to give anyone her name! On purpose she won’t answer to anyone. she’s an old miserable lady. she looks Indian. I’ve talked to so much ups ppl about this and no one ever helps ?. It’s like they don’t care about there customers or to be professional. I know for a fact I won’t ever go back/ship with them again and neither will my people. I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I had the option. And I’ll make sure I do what I have to to get her fired.(and seeing how many people have dealt with the same injustice by this women goes to show ups, doesn’t care about there customers (as she still works there) ,so we should no longer give them our business.) ?

The lady working here is extremely rude. 2 times I’ve tried to print a simple label by emailing the store to send a package and both time she found excuses to not do it. Very difficult personality, slow and incompetent. I’d say, avoid and safe yourself some trouble

Come here from time to time to make Amazon returns. Every time I am helped by the same older woman who I believe is the manager after reading previous reviews. Every time I have encountered her she has been incredibly rude and unpleasant. She doesn't speak, not even a single word like "hi" and huffs & puffs while she does her job which she very clearly hates. She is visibly annoyed by doing simple tasks (again, which is her job) and makes you seem like an inconvenience to her. Just check all of the other one star reviews - MANY also mentioning this woman. I live right up the street from here but I think I'll be going to the UPS store on Folsom, it's out of my way but I would rather go there & deal with the much more friendlier workers.

Worst experience I've had at a UPS store. I was dropping off a package with a shipping label I printed from my jobs business account. I printed the label just a couple hours before coming to drop off the package, as I've done several other times before. An older lady that appeared to be of Indian ethnicity scanned the package and insisted that it was already scanned in at another location. I explained that was impossible because I had just printed the label and even pulled the tracking information on my phone. The tracking info showed the label was still in created status. The lady was extremely rude and would not help me resolve the issue in anyway whatsoever. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed that she was the manager and I needed to go back to my job to create another $200 shipping label. I ended up having to rush to another ups store 10 miles across town before they closed. Luckily I made it in time. The other location was able to accept my package with the same label without any issues whatsoever. Looking at reviews it seems like this lady is a repetitive issue. She needs to go or go through some serious retraining. I'll avoid coming to this location as long as she is the individual working there.

I've had so many issues with the Manager at this store. I can't even go to this location anymore and it's by my house. i have to now go to the s street location. They said they receive complaints all the time about the j street location and how rude the service is. Like the other reviews said, she is rude and has attitude for absolutely no reason. She is not accommodating whatsoever. She isn't pleasant. If you don't want to deal with customers and be nice, don't have a customer service job!! I complained to corporate but they probably won't do anything. They need to get rid of this Manager ASAP. it puts a lot of locals out having to go to the s street location.

I was not greeted as I came in. The staff didn't say one word to me and were not customer service friendly. I was trying to return something to Amazon and could not pull up the code bc their store is in a bit of a dead spot. I asked if I could connect to their guest Wi-Fi (which read "UPS-GUEST and had a lock next to it). The gentleman that was helping me asked the older woman and she looked and me up and down and said "no." It was the judgmental look and attitude that rubbed me the wrong way. I'll continue to go to the UPS on S street. They have a much nicer and customer friendly staff.

Terrible service. The employees that work here seem like they hate their jobs. Took forever to get helped, had to wait to have her come out from the back. She seemed so annoyed that I needed to make some prints. Plus they over charge like crazy, I've never spent this much at a ups store.

This store is about 8 blocks from my apartment. I walked here with my dogs because I don't have time at lunch to walk my dogs and run errands separately.I took two steps in the door and the woman abruptly told me, "No dogs!" I understand that my dogs (a very well-behaved and nicely groomed Standard Poodle and a Yorkie) aren't going to be able to go everywhere with me, but this was just garbage customer service.I worked retail for 15 years, and a more appropriate response would've been "I'm so sorry; I'm afraid we don't allow dogs in the store. Could you possibly come back or is it something that I can help with really quickly?"I also noticed the responses to all the bad reviews here. UPS Customer Relations isn't going to do anything. They're just responding because it makes it look like the business is concerned and willing to resolve an issue. UPS Stores are franchises. There is zero accountability for their rude behavior. The best thing you can do is to stop giving them your business.
