update : they stole my brand new rotors for theirselves and put old ones on my car now i have to go to a different shop. really tho !?!? a old rotor when i brought you two new rotors. no stars for me. pathetic. do not go here

Went here to get my brake pads replaced. They weren't squeaking at all and the car started screeching after they worked on it even when I wasn't braking. Went to The Auto Experts on 30th and had to have the job completely redone. The people at Auto Experts asked where I'd had the pads done since they were completely the wrong size and poorly aligned. Save your $$ and just have them done the right way the first time somewhere else.

VERY unfortunate experience. I came here to get my brakes done. Simple job ($230), but they did it wrong, and my wheel started making a loud noise. I came to get it fixed, and they misdiagnosed the problem. I was charged about $300 for a bearing replacement I didn't need, and which didn't fix the problem.I got another mechanic to look at it, and he fixed it for much cheaper. When I came back to ask Tire & Brake Master to make things right, they quibbled over a typo on the second invoice, refused to admit wrongdoing, and EVEN GOT ANGRY I WENT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC! It's a huge shame, because Mike and Edgar are really nice, great guys. Sadly, I will not return to this business, and I advise others to be very careful with getting your brakes done at Tire & Brake "Master," which seems to be a SLIGHT misnomer.Attached video shows the poor brake job. Pretty sure that's not supposed to be sliding around...
