This didn’t even happen to me but the African American employee literally screamed and yelled at another customer to the point he made her cry I felt so bad his always so rude I see him and try to go to opposite side of the store his at. This is the second time I see scream at someone the first time was about 2 months ago that lady didn’t cry but she was about to he knows he actually said it to her do whatever you want I don’t care because he knows there’s no consequences for his actions and the way he treats paying customers.

I left in tears it’s so frustrating I don’t know if it’s at every store and I get it they get pressure from the higher ups about getting out of there out time. But the way they go about is just horrible I come in the security guard says you got 10 minutes it was 9:10 they close at 9:30 she said it nicely and said oh lol they said 10 minutes on the speaker no problem. There’s a lady in the back by dishes and the African American young man tells her at exactly 9:19 ma’am we’re closed you hot head to check out. Me and these other customer looked at each and she said they are so rude about closing as we’re talking a employee walks by and I had made a comment like we still got 10 minutes wow why are they like that or let us relax and shop. He said if your not payed by 9:30 your stuff will be on hold and you can come back tomorrow first if I wasn’t even talking to him I said ok thank and started looking up customer service numbers to call and get the correct info on closing because I know for sure I’ve payed after 9:30 specially when they only have 1 cashier. I always call one speaker so he heard I was calling tj max I’m walking towards check his taking to someone else and I guess took it personally and yell
Have great very loud very sarcastic I kept looking I said just leave it I come here at least twice a week so I said leave it payed as I’m walking out again targets me “have a great you can call customer service all
You want we close at 9:30 mind you his tone of voice is loud I’m not gonna I was scared and felt attacked I said hey are you like that is not ok it’s not about what time you guys close is about how your coming at people is not ok his literally job is customer service he wouldn’t even let me get a sentence in he just kept saying we close at 9:30 over and over yelling out load I just kept saying it’s not about that is about how your treating customers and I’m not the only one I’ve seen him ripped it to someone else before. He said oh well that’s your opinion it got so loud in his part the security had to come out and tell him to leave it alone I left in tears and it’s not ok he knows he can behave however he wants because there will be no consequences there’s millions of people looking for jobs to treat those who are liters the reason why he has an income it’s not ok the stress, metal distress and emotional abuse his caused me is not ok
