I've never been here before, but my brother asked me to pick up his meds for him. I got there @12:32 & came to their sign that says they close from 12:30-1:30 for lunch. As I was leaving disappointed, Yvonne was coming back from some where I asked if I was picking up. I told her yes & that it should be ready. She said they can help & I followed after. Another front clerk checked on the meds, however it wasn't ready & that I'd have to come back at 2 to get it. I live in Elk Grove so the drive to a pharmacy 20 mins from home is very inconvenient, but I wasn't upset with them. I actually didn't even get the chance to be upset bc I was already grateful they allowed me in during their lunch. In all it wasn't their fault but ours. Yvonne heard what was going on so she came from the back & said, "we can do it." Inside, i'm jumping for joy bc she not only tried to help me once but AGAIN?! It's been awhile since I've gotten service where someone went above & beyond! Within mins the meds were filled & I was out of there in less than 10 mins. Yvonne, u made my day & your selfless act proved that human kindness exists in today's world. Thank you!

This place should be closed out of business due to its poorly operations. I called in at 12:00 P.M and the representative advised to come back within an hour. I came back in one hour later they're still not ready. The staff members need to communicate with patients more effectively. The management needs to have proper training for their staff members.

When I lived in Sacramento, this was the only place I trusted to handle my prescriptions. They were super friendly and a joy! Always professional and they took the time to thoroughly provide consultations. I highly recommend this establishment!!

I am not even a patient here but if I were to need meds on a regular basis, I'd come here. They remember all their patients and caregivers.

Worse service ever. Dropped off my prescription at 12 and was told it would be ready in one hour. I came back at 1:30 and the prescriptions have not been filled. Waited till 2:00 and they said 10 more minutes...will definitely not return. Slow, careless, and a big waste of my time. Considered yourself warned.

We have been doing business with this pharmacy for the last about 6 years and they are just wonderful. They are always willing to help even when they are busy with everyone else. They make conversation with you and make you feel comfortable. There is one pharmacist that goes out of her way to make sure that all your needs are met. She is in her mid 30s and speaks perfect English. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for your medical needs.
