What's the point in adding my vehicle to your website when you literally show me everything that doesn't go to my vehicle. Your website sucks, I don't need to scroll through 15 pages of every type of ignition coil for 20 different makes of vehicles. I need it for the vehicle I search by make and model.

Didnt have a chance to get passed the cashier. Rode my motorcycle to the store to get headlight bulbs for my truck and check out there detailing supplies. When i walked in I was taking off my gloves and helmet and the cashier asked how i was doing. I replied good and tried to continue taking my safety gear off when the cashier said to me you can have your backpack in the store. I replied "why not"? She answered with it helps with theft. I laughed and told her i am not leaving my bag up here. I also said to her do you tell every female customer that they cant have there Purse or hand bag. She said no i dont just backpacks it our policy. By this time i was very angry and turned around and walked out. Not worth the time i guess i spent my money elsewhere.

Tognotti's is just as I remembered it before Covid. Lots to look at, and lots of guys crowded around the back desk asking questions and chatting up the staff. Two stars off because most of the stuff I looked at had the prices on the price tags crossed off. And when I got to the register, the prices were HIGH, at least a few bucks more than I could get on Amazon or other stores.Too bad, because Tognotti's is a fun way to kill an hour or two on 100 degree weekends.

They definitely have lots of options when it comes to car needs which is great but the customer service representatives need to be trained on how to talk to people. They are rude and condescending when it comes to answering questions regarding parts. The workers fail to realize that they are in customer service and sales. You can't even get a simple response without an attitude.

Horrible customer service! We bought about $700 worth of parts and my husband went back the very next day to return one part approx $150, which he HAD THE RECEIPT FOR and they refused based on the fact that the name on the account didn't match his ID. If that is their return policy, then why wouldn't they require to see an ID when a customer opens an account? His phone number is linked to the account, and the sales rep who sold him the parts was there and could confirm that sale! They were so rude to him, acting like it was a crime to return an item still in the box and with a receipt. To treat your customers like that is disgusting. They will never get our business again.

This is the best place to go for any aftermarket performance parts.. there is still a lot of old school SS rides to look at while shopping... Bit pricey but still a awesome toy store

Do not buy parts from this place unless it is on the self, the guys at the parts counter don't know their butt's from the elbow's. Unless you run a machine shop, then you can pay way over the price that they charge from Napa. Very poor automotive knowledge!!!! No wonder the parking lot is always empty!!! ?????

Myself or my family will not be going to tognottis again. My family has been going there since long before I was born, back when the father was running tognottis, and yesterday was the worst experience I've had at any shop. I get to the parts counter and am greeted by a young kid with a bit of a afro. I noticed that this kid is making a bit of an odd face at me and I'm not understanding why. anyways I tell the kid what parts I'm looking for and that I forgot the original piece in the car to match up. As I am making my way out of the store to the car grab the old piece, the kid and Vicky interact. I come back in and Vicky makes an odd face at me and vocalizes that, " you're back " in a disgruntled fashion, I don't pay her any mind and make my way to the parts counter to match up parts. I am met by the same young man, believe his name was Alex. At this time Alex has parts with him at the counter and I am matching up parts while they have baby Huey playing security and hanging out about 10 feet behind me. Its at this time I realize I'm being profiled as a thief and I realize they have placed the wrong parts in front of me. I know I can fashion the parts to fit, so I accept the parts, and they walk me to the front counter and stand blocking the exit and just glare at me. I should've left all the materials right there and told them they lost a sale, but I needed the parts now. Fast forward; I'm back with parts that absolutely wouldn't fit and I didn't realize they gave me the wrong size of u bolts as well.I'm at the front counter and start to describe the two fellas that scored poorly and tried to play security and asked why they placed security on me and no one else in the store. This is when Vicki got mad and started talking about how it's just protocol, but is basically ready to fight me because i called one of the employees a large guy/ baby Huey.A customer complains about how they're being treated by the business and other employees try to be confrontational and turn the situation physical. I am prior military and run my own business and would never hire someone like Vicki or leave the two kids that tried to play security on me, as poorly trained as they were. I'm not a fan of buying from Amazon, but I will happily buy from Amazon and wait an extended length of time, just so I'm not paying tognottis.

I couldn't find locking plate screws anywhere, so someone recommended this place. They did not have the item I was looking for but I ended up finding some other stuff that I needed. I had no issues or troubles while in the store but the wierdest thing happened with my bank statement. The purchase was listed as a different company on the initial pending charge - for the same exact amount, and then changed on the statement. Just peculiar. BTW - They have windshield repair kits which - if used immediately, can save people the hassle of taking their car to insurance windsheild repair and having the rear view mirror make weird noises.

Your not allowed to carry your own parts to the counter. That's a ghetto Low class business. But they have a good selection. Don't ask for help on the phone. They don't care. Show up in person. They have a huge selection and they're pretty much the only guys in town. The showroom is set up quite uniquely. There are so many things to see even if you're just browsing around with nothing to do. If you don't mind paying a premium price because you want it today then this is a place to go if you're trying to save a buck or two then mail-order is the way but you don't get to see it touch it feel it smell it like you do in person and that is worth the extra cost I believe.

Bad customer serviceWhy would you not process returns paid by credit card. If a receipt was required i should have been told that and given a receipt but instead nothing was said to me. I'll never go here again that's for sure

We were looking for hard to find parts for a 68 Falcon, and they did over and beyond to help. I say take a picture if your not sure of something and show them, and they most definitely will figure it out. Best place in Sacramento area for sure
