We interviews several excellent realtors, but chose Tom and we're so glad we did. He was exceptionally professional, considerate, patient and always had a solution to the hiccups we encountered along the way. We had already moved away when the house when on the market, but Tom took care of everything to make sure the property was well-maintained. His suggested asking price was spot on, and it sold, over asking, within days. We couldn't recommend him more highly; he made a very stressful experience quite tolerable.

Hands down, the best choice if you want to find the house of your dreams. Tom and Kathy are kind, honest, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable. You literally cannot find two better realtors in the Sacramento area.
