Terrible experience. I came in for the first time and was unfamiliar with the layout. I asked an associate for assistance in passing. After an annoyed and irritated eye roll ' June' told me "It's not my department" and carried on along her way. I walked out and went to another store to do my shopping. Will not be coming back here.

I was happy to have a great experience here. There's ample parking and available carts outside. I was coming return a fan I purchased for the heatwave but unfortunately it came late and the weather is starting to cool for the Fall season. I didn't want to keep the product in my garage all year so I decided to return it. Thankfully I was helped out with Sarah at the register. She was friendly, quick and helpful. She even explained the amount I'd get back. She was also cheerful and happy to answer questions as I wasn't sure why there was a deduction on the total. Overall, great experience, no issues with return. Thanks Sarah, great customer service is always appreciated!

Beware of "Avesta" cashier at returns area, she was rude as I have never experienced before, she told me "look man, I had it today", I asked her not to talk to me like that and ask to speak with her supervisor, the supervisor's name is Alan, he said because I was arguing with his associate he was going to refuse service. Be advised, if you go to this location Do Not Bother the Associates, they might not be in the mood to help you and you might get in trouble, try giving your money to Lowe's, they might appreciate it more.

This place never has enough cashiers or customer service associates. They should hire more people or Pay More so that their employees show up to work. Why will a Home Depot employee go above and beyond if they aren't paid living wages?! It's terrible!! They should go on Strike and show the corporation that the employee is the heart of the store. Better pay insures that Home Depot always has faithful caring employees.

Manager Adriana, customer service employees Asia, Jose and Jay (I believe was their names) were beyond helpful, kind and amazing! I came in needing to locate something that's been out of stock for so long and they not only had patience to dig for what I was looking for but they did it with no hesitation. I had a great experience overall!

One man in plumbing couldn't help, ond woman said to go look on the next aisle. I told her I needed help. Later I asked her for pvc glue. The first one was wrong, so I asked her for a different one. Hopefully it all works, since I'm not really sure how to fix sprinklers with different parts than I already have

I was in Home Depot on 7/23 around 8pm and Eric/Erik helped me in the plumbing aisle. I was sent (by my son & husband) to get a plumbing adapter and there is NO way I would have found it on my own. Eric was SO helpful and did not give up until we found the correct one (which was not easy). If management could please recognize him for excellent customer service. Thank you!

Won't honor their own online price but you are unable to order online for delivery or pickup. They have them in stock if you want the non sale price. Bait and switch at its finest.

They are SCAM! We rented a chain saw and we took it home and it didn’t work. We called and the rental department was closed by that time and we came back in the morning to explain it to the staff. He opened the cover and took out the filter and said the engine was flooded and thats why you couldn’t start it. They are supposed to service their tools and rent it in good conditions. If they get flooded quickly it has be fixed and taking care of!! You cant put old stuff and rent it for $58 a day! They wasted our time and money!!! Staff was very rude and he laughed at us when calling his manager about how fool we are flooding a saw chain and now back asking for return of our money!!! Definitely not renting tools here anymore. Yes they gave us 20 dollar discount. But they are very disrespectful and such a bad customer service and tools.

Let's start off with the fact you cannot find a cart at this store as the homeless have stolen so many and HD is unwilling to restock this location. Low inventory that isn't restocked unless you order it to the store with employees that don't know where anything is located. I always thought it was lazy of HD to just list everything on their app including the aisle but when I have to show an employee how to search for a product in their own system, it draws training concerns to mind. Overall I hate going to this location but it's the closest location to my house and on the way to/from work but I would much rather go Lowes or any other HD location.

I made three trips to this Home Depot because the employees did not know how to measure and cut the lumber the precise foot and inch as I asked. The 3rd I asked for a manager which the cashier called her and she picked up right away. Then kept asking the cashier was it's about which she explained and now suddenly the manager is busy saying that they will help a customer in five to seven minutes. This place is highly unorganized and can't find help at all. Not to mention I had to return and pay for the item 3 times and stood in line 3 separate times. The customer had no line but the girls were too busy chatting to notice me. So I had to just walked up there and place my stuff at the cash register. This place is ridiculous!!!!!

First off... they were super helpful!!!!! Honor the sale price for my wood! Then top it off I left my New Wallet in the basket and either the person who brings in the carts found it or a Good Samaritan either way it was returned back to me with everything in it!!!! Not everyone is honest and I appreciate whoever did!!!! Maybe I just might get that Home Depot card now... I will definitely be recommending and coming here more!!!! Thank you for your honesty and having a super clean store as well!!!!

I want to give more than one star because usually i have such an awesome experience when I visit this home depot, it's convenient for me and the associates and managers are so helpful, except Alan. Alan has repeatedly ignored my phone calls and never returns them, This has happened to me more than twice and just by coincidence I called to get assistance with appliances( I am landlord and order quite frequently from this location) He takes months to call back. He always acts like he doesn't remember me and acts as if he doesn't want to take care of my concerns or needs. Alan is very passive aggressive, and short with me and I am sure w/other customers as well I spend quite a good amount of money with this location so I can imagine how he treats customers who aren't regulars. He is dismissive and condescending,not just to consumers but also I have heard him speaking that way to the employees at this location as well as other management people. One day I was in the appliance department and waited 30 minutes for him to show up to help me, he helped me unenthusiastically and turned around and started taking about employees that worked at this store with another female employee. I am shocked that every time I walk in and see him still in a management position does nobody complaints here?? He doesn't showcase any actual leading abilities at all, he can't even demonstrate good customer service that this location is known for at least in my experiences here. I don't even know if home depot reads these but I tried calling to make ANOTHER complaint about this man and it seems to be going nowhere. Do better home depot!!!
