“Solid customer service from the staff. Always a quality product. Although I do now go pick up everything using my own trailer due to large amounts of sand in the compost I had delivered a couple years ago. They said it is so the product slides out of the truck. Sure didn't make sense when it was In the middle of the pile but oh well, what's 1 yard out of 12 yards of high quality (and high priced) compost. We like this place over all. Just go pick out and pick up your stuff. Haven't had a single problem doing it that way, also haven't had any big piles of sand mixed in either. Good luck.”

“I always dread needing to rent moving trucks because of all the possible hidden fees. Penske's site wasn't joking when it says they have no hidden fees. I compared Penske, U-Haul and Budget and Penske had the best rate for a simple 17 mile move. They also provide a AAA discount which made it even more valuable to us.However, I only decided to post this review because of how incredibly simple the process was from beginning to end! Easily reserved online. Easily cancelled my reservation so that I can order a larger truck (the 10ft truck did not include a ramp, which we needed). And when it came time to pick up, the guy I worked with was so incredibly nice and helpful. Drop-off was simple as well. The guy was also pretty friendly so they have really great customer service here. No hidden fees, very reasonably priced, and simple process. I'll continue to come to this location whenever possible. Only downside is that they don't have after-hour drop-off which is what I was hoping for since I work the next day but the area isn't the best so I understand why. Rent from here, you won't regret it!”

The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and very secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle would be safe overnight while l used the moving truck.
The process was quick and hassle-free. The truck was in excellent condition, and they even gave me some helpful tips for making my move smoother. I highly recommend Security Public Storage for anyone in need of storage or a U-Haul rental. They truly go above and beyond in terms of service!”
“I've used quite a few rental places. The front desk is efficient, they have good quality equipment, and the prices are very good especially if you're going week to week. I needed a commercial-duty dehumidifier for a home remodel. After weeks of rain, the fans were just blowing around the same cold, wet air and we couldn't finish sanding the walls. I called around, and Neff had the best weekly rate on a newer machine so I bit. Although I had to drive to Roseville (from Sac) to get the machine, they told me I could return it at any local Neff Rental (There are two within 7 miles). The machine worked like a beast, draining 7 gallons of water out of the house in 7 days. Thanks Neff Rentals! coming back for my next equipment rental need.”

“The store manager Viola at the Auburn & Madison location was the best experience I've had to date! She was very professional and didn't make me feel like just a customer. I've been to that location before to help others that have rented a U-haul, and they had a bad experience. I was hesitant to rent from this location, but needed to get things moved ASAP.
