For being slow you would think that drinks would come out

We came for the atmosphere! But was amazed by the good food also. I got the pot roast and it was truly one of the best I've tasted in years. So I would highly recommend! Also the drinks were good as well. We came on st. Patty's day so they had a lot of green drinks. The one pictured was called the Scooby Doo, it was a rum drink. Also I had to get my staple Guinness :) all in all we came for the atmosphere but stayed for the food!

I ordered a full rack of ribs, with fries and an adult mac n cheese and my girlfriend ordered a half rack of ribs , which comes with an adult mac n cheese and cold slaw. Both the full and half rack of ribs came out burnt, the fries were cold. I sent the food back but my girlfriend kept her order for the dog. I don't suggest you go here if you want good food for the price you pay. I lost my appetite once this happened. I'm still bothered that I paid so much without the quality matching the cost.

My recent visit to Twin Peak Restaurant left much to be desired, resulting in a regrettable one-star rating. As a frequent patron, I have come to expect a certain level of service and hospitality, which unfortunately was sorely lacking during my most recent encounter.Upon entering the establishment, I witnessed a heartwarming birthday celebration for another guest, prompting me to inquire about capturing a similar moment for my own recent birthday. To my dismay, what began as a simple request for a photo quickly spiraled into a humiliating ordeal. The manager, while initially agreeable, abruptly reversed course and insisted on payment for a photo opportunity, even going so far as to question the authenticity of my birthday. This unwarranted skepticism, coupled with a demand for my ID, left me feeling not only unwelcome but deeply embarrassed.Furthermore, the manager’s lack of empathy and professionalism only served to exacerbate the situation, ultimately leading me to leave the premises before receiving my order. It is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy.I cannot in good conscience recommend Twin Peak Restaurant to others based on my recent experience. Until significant improvements are made in terms of customer service and respect for patrons, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Waitress on the night of the 15th was doing a livestream with a gentleman while working. She was constantly cursing and doing obscene gestures. I was just trying to have a nice meal and this woman would not stop yelling profanity. Extremely unprofessional, should be fired. Investigation should be conducted and camera footage reviewed to make sure this woman is held responsible. Disgusting behavior

Great tasty Food, visited on a Saturday was not very busy and still take us like 45 to get our food we ordered appetizers that came the same time with the meal didn’t enjoyed that and also left us a long time with no drinks they can improve the service checking on tables and putting the appetizers orders first not together with the meals in my opinion.

Love the food. Hate the prices. The servers are usually very nice when we have been here before but on this occasion the friendly stopped after the hostess seated us. Also, the prices here are getting a little on the high end lately. $24 for a Buffalo chicken salad? Most apps are around the $ 17 to $20 range. Kinda pricey for an Appitizer or smaller starter, or if u just want a smaller portion. We just wanted a snack & to kill a little time, well that's a good thing we had time to kill. We were met with a somewhat indifferent attitude when asking about happy hour from our server, like I was kinda sorry I asked about it. Like I said the food is fresh and tasted good. The ranch is made in house as were the boneless tenders. (Which were on Happy hour 10$ for 6 pieces.)We ended up asking the hostess for a refill of coffee because server is still busy behind the bar, which she was very nice about . The food was Perfect & just what we wanted. Again the wait for the check. We weren't in a rush but it did seem like we were being forgotten about in lieu of the other customers sitting at the bar. Do I love the fresh chicken here yes. Are the ladies attractive with cute outfits, yes . However, Customer service was on the low end on this visit except for the hostess who really should have been our server. And the food is steadily good. Prices are a little high in my opinion for a burger & strips place . Especially when it's actually cheaper to make it fresh. Will we come back? Not unless it's happy hour or lunch.

Super cold beers, great food and like their slogan states...wonderfully scenic views. The service staff are all amazing. You rarely see frowns or bad attitudes from any of the staff. Twin Peaks happy hour specials and daily deals keep me coming back with new friends, too. Great place to watch the game, too. All around, TP is a go-to fave!
