this has to be one of the worse ultras I have been to , I walked in here looking for some things for a gift , I was approached about 7 times and felt really uncomfortable . I had products in my basket that I already knew I was going to buy and was browsing for a little more . I kid you not every time I picked up something someone approached me . I 100%sure it was because I was wearing a backpack , most days I have a mini backpack because I have a toddler and that day he wasn’t with me , they assume everyone is there to steal based on previous reviews . Left all my stuff and went to Sephora , I will never return to this store !

I stopped by this ulta after running in target for a few items , and initially the experience was great but as I was going to the cash register line the elderly security guard and older lady next to them were pointing at me and talking about my target bag and that I may have stolen something . Keep in mind I am standing maybe 20 feet away and can hear their entire conversation . I did not steal anything and would have been happy to show receipt of my target purchase and items if asked for , I did previously work at this ulta, and store experience has declined extremely . I will most likely not return to this store .

I really wish I'd paid attention to the reviews on this location prior to shopping there. Rude employees. Find another location, or better yet, a different place to get the same products. Convenience isn't worth the attitude.

I got my hair colored today and it was worst experience I had In my life. Did really bad job and charged me $79 for haircut which never happened.. I wish I could give them 0 stars .

I never shop here but popped in to pick up one thing that target was out of, and one employee on the floor noticed I looked lost and helped me find what I was looking for. She's the only reason this isn't one star.I waited nearly 15 minutes to checkout one item (is that normal for a weekday evening?) and when I was finally in the checkout process the employer was absolutely relentless about the rewards program. I must have said no I'm not interested 5 times. She asked for my phone number to sign me up (after I said I'm not interested) then I declined again. She said you need a phone number to make any returns and I declined saying I've used this product before I don't need to return it. She continued to try to sell me on it and I stated no more firmly. What really made me upset was when she then proceeded to scan it and said "now if I can just have your first and last name to finish the checkout." From my perspective, this looks like she is trying to trick me into signing up for the rewards program even though I have repeatedly said I'm not interested. I said "there's no reason for my name, I'm not interested in the program please just let me pay and leave." She then let out the biggest passive aggressive sigh, rolled her eyes and went "I mean if you SAY so" in a super condescending tone.If a customer says they are not interested in a service, that means they are not interested. Trying to trick someone into giving you their info so you can get whatever commission you get for someone signing up is really shady, and to top it off you act so rudely to me when it didn't work. I will absolutely not be returning here. I hope the one helpful employee on the floor does well.

I didn't catch anyone's names, but everyone near closing time was so kind and knowledgeable without being overbearing!I'm not from the area, so it was nice to end our errands on such a nice note.

Please save your money and don’t come here for a curly cut. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Their website indicated they did curly cuts but from the moment I sat down and the lady started using the coke they use at elementary schools on picture day to pick out my hair I i knew I messed up. I really needed a haircut so I stayed. She then attempts to paydown my hair and like pack it into a shape so she could cut it. The wash was not the wash you do for a curly cut. Once she started trying to style I was like eh, I got my hair cut let’s not waste anymore time. I’m not even mad, just disappointed that I fell for Ulta’s marketing that they did curly cuts when in fact they do not.Please curly headed people save your money and don’t come here. It’s not even a cheap for what you get. I should have been able to pay the $40-50 something for a no volume people haircut. They’re really out here charging $75 for the chia pet trim. I walked out looking like a fuzzy q-tipTwo stars, the lady who cut my hair was kinda nice and it’s clean. I did tip too. It’s not her fault Ulta books her out for services she can’t do. I’m not sure if they’re able to say I don’t have the skill set to do this fabric of hair.

Had an appointment booked at 2:30, thankfully I checked and it said it was “changed” at 9:54am. I went to check it was cancelled, didn’t get a call or anything lol so unprofessional. What’s the point in booking a hairstylist if they aren’t going to follow through with the booking system online. I guess things happen for a reason, so I saved myself my time and money.

We stopped in to pick up some eyeliner and hair styling products. Immediately we were greeted by a super friendly cashier with a welcome and a smile. While we were browsing we were approached by at least three people who asked if we had questions or needed help finding anything. Maybe they could tell I hadn't been into this location in a while and all the products I was looking for were in much different locations. I was able to grab a couple different eyeliners and some Not Your Mother's Curl Talk products along with an impulse buy from my husband of Passionfruit and coconut chapstick. When I need something quickly I like that Ulta can be a one stop shop for most beauty needs.

Worst staff ever . I have been to many Ulta stores but this one has the most rude staff. Especially the staff at the billing counter have always been very very unfriendly! Will never go to this store again despite it being at a convenience distance for me.
