I've only used this store a couple of times for returns, but wanted to leave a review due to the staff. They are fast and friendly, and I appreciate their good customer service. There is also parking in the shade out front

Staff was nice. However, this is somewhat of a smaller store so once it started to get packed, there wasn’t a ton of standing room. However, staff got through customers quickly and I got another errand across the street done while waiting for my job to be done so I didn’t wait inside the store anyways. There’s a Safeway nextdoor so parking wasn’t an issue.

Consistently the friendliest and most efficient shipping place. They hold open the door, greet you, process quickly. I would go out of my way to visit this UPS location.

Out dated computer they charge $1 per minute and it doesn’t load properly. They spy on you and don’t offer any help literally can’t wait for you to go out of business. Fed ex is easier

I have shipped a few things at this store and most times I have a pleasant experience.
This time was different.
I received bad customer service and felt very uncomfortable with the interaction I had with the clerk. I respectfully asked him to re-measure one side of a very large box to see if it might affect the shipping price. He acted like I had offended him and initially refused to. I told him kindly that it wasn’t personal and that shipping was costing me $600 so anything to help me save a few bucks would be great. He reluctantly remeasured and wouldn’t talk to me. I’m not sure what happened but the whole interaction made me very uncomfortable and anxious. It made me question if they would care for the package I was shipping.
I will be reconsidering coming here in the future.

On the 4th of March, the proprietor of the store, had a verbal melt down against two of her, I guess newer associates, in front of every customer in her store. Forget unprofessional, because she had no care, likely still does not, I say this because I let her know how wrong of her to chastise, her associates, the way she did, let alone in front of a store full of customers. It was so bad, the young lady was fighting back teers. Something has gone wrong in her personal life, because this use to be the most patient and kind lady, until some months ago, while I was in the store, needing help she, was not friendly at all. I noticed because it was so different than previous times in the store. This is why I gave an extra star for how the store was a pleasant place to visit, I'm very empathetic, all of it shook me up, maybe other customers too No apologies to anyone. Not likely to return to her location, and will order from Amazon very carefully. Very sad!

This place is fast, efficient AND operates longer that USPS. The PO Box system is a dream and I’m never going back to USPS. Highly recommend this location for signed packages too.
