Worst location ever. No help what so ever. Lady didn't know how to help, and the other guy told me I had to pay with debit card when I didn't want to use my card, all I had on me is cash. One guy was alot more helpful then the two.

The UPS store, this location in particular, is always so easy to get in and out. The staff there are also very friendly.

Staff members at this UPS office are consistently knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They consistently approach their work in a highly professional manner, always careful to ensure that items are wrapped well and that they’re going to the correct person.

The canopy was very complex and difficult to open. The clips used for height adjustment were poor quality — several arrived broken. Additionally, the color was printed incorrectly without prior approval. Customer service also needs improvement. I’m not someone who believes the customer is always right, but when a mistake like printing the wrong design happens, it should at least be acknowledged. I wasn’t asking for a refund or return — I only expected recognition of the issue, especially after being told earlier that the design would be sent for approval. Also, I didn't order white color canopy
