?I LOVE THIS PLACE! Fast, friendly service. No matter what I need to ?mail, they have ?me covered, inexpensively & w a genuine smile. Super location, next to ?Starbucks, ? Schools Credit Union & 31? flavors ice cream. They lean into good customer service & I like the "bright" blue shirts they wear. I love feeling "welcome", w/ their SUPER smart, fast employees.Check it out, you will LOVE this place too. Only a few parking places, but, I ALWAYS get one right out front. 5stars for LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

I have the same complaint as a previous commentor. I came in to ship a return and sent them my label via email. I asked the clerk to print my emailed label but they told me that I had to pay money to rent the computer to print out my label. instead of paying for just my items to be printed out, which is less than a dollar at other UPS stores, I had to spend 3 dollars to rent the computer, then paying for my prints. Other UPS locations will print your emailed documents, so I will definitely not come to this location location ever again. The parking at the location is difficult as well. The spaces are small and it’s a very busy parking lot so it’s just not convenient at all.Go to the UPS on Del Paso Rd. It’s not too far from here and they will let you print your label by emailing them.In fact, as a business owner that is constantly printing and mailing while traveling for work, this is the first UPS that doesn’t print emailed documents, so I recommend to avoid this one all together.

You're a shipping company, you need to have a better way for customers to print a label.I had a return that came with a pre-paid UPS label. The UPS store said they could not print the label for me and the only option was to rent their computer for $3 per 5 minutes and then pay $.50 to print the label from there. I asked if they had an email I can just send it to, to only pay for the cost of printing the label, and they said no. Every other print and shipping company has an ability to print a document from email or phone, but apparently not UPS. I'll go to your competitor across the street FedEx and print the label for $.20 and then come back to drop off the package. I won't be shopping at UPS for anything until you fix this ridiculous limitation.Staff were friendly, even if they couldn't do anything about it.
