Customer service is subpar! It used to be okay then the whole entire staff changed and it's been a big horrible aggravating experience since. I have a mailbox here and i would rather go through changing my address for everything than renewing; that should tell you something!

Tried to return (so they could destroy them) passport photos they took that came out too light and got rejected. The owner argued with me over the phone then said I could come in and he’d refund me because it was only $20 and he wasn’t going to argue over $20 and wanted to keep a good relationship with the community. I called other UPS stores and they said they do allow refunds. I went into the location I got them from after speaking to the manager that had argued with me and waited at least 15 minutes for him to address me. He then proceeded to lecture me again on how it was my fault because I was wearing a white dress. I was not wearing white. The fact that he thought I was wearing white goes to show how the print came out that was not my fault. I offered to show him the picture they accepted that I took at AAA that same day wearing the same shirt and it was dramatically different. He continued to say he checked his equipment and everything is up to standard etc etc. I couldn’t take any more of his lecturing so I asked for my receipt and photos back and left.

So after paying $5.99 to have a package 'held for pick up', tracking showed it was 'ready for pick up' at 10:08am today. I showed up at 12:20pm and was told it wasn't checked in yet. She said it should be ready by end of day or in an hour or two. So when I now picked it up at 5:50pm, the gentleman who helped me said they just didn't look for it. So for that and having to make 2 trips for nothing, you get 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store, thanks to Raj Sekhon. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all my options clearly. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into assisting me. Highly recommend this location, and a big shoutout to Raj for going above and beyond!
