This UPS is wonderful, they have great employees namely Tyson who has been so helpful, patient and kind every time I’ve been there! He’s fast and efficient when it’s busy and friendly and super helpful when you have questions. So appreciated!

The staff were rude and will try and charge you for a new box if you’re reusing a box. I will never use this location for my small business shipping again!

I had a printing issue at home and needed to send out something to ship asap. Thankfully the team at the store this morning helped me with printing a label and accepting my package. It was very convenient and took care of everything I needed. They were very respectful and provided good service.

Update: It's now been 15 years I have had a box here, no more. I am closing it as fast as I can. Apparently Kashmir, Rich and Markus are no longer there. The service is absolutely horrendous. Go to another location, go to Fed Ex, go anywhere, but do not go here.
Markus and Rich are outstanding. We have been doing business here for about 13 years. They are great.

Never go to UPS and especially to this location. Other delivery or postal companies are a far better options. UPS and especially this UPS steal inside of packages. They don’t send reimbursements at least and even don’t apologize. Instead they avoid to pay, solve the issue, and try to make you look guilty. Their 5-star reviews are often fabricated to create a false impression of quality.

This store has stored the card information and is billing it every two weeks for the last year and I just found this out. Debit fraud.

The customer service is excellent!! I was attended to buy a customer service member by the name of NOE. I had a complicated situation and he was so patient and explaining while he was doing the transaction. I am a senior citizen so I so much appreciate this type of customer service🙏🏼🤗

The counter guy Noe was fast and used his tape to seal my box. It meant a lot to me because I was from out of town and had nothing to use.
