Arrived at 6:28 and the door was locked, I politely knocked and the girl, who was helping a customer at the corner looked up and shook her head at me. Who knows how much earlier she locked the door before actually closing but wouldn't even bother to open up to do a quick scan for return. Terrible.

Not sure what happened with the two ladies who previously worked there, they were lovely and a joy to deal with. I'm not super keen on the current staff. Their prices are competitive compared to other vendors, but the cost savings comes with uneeded issues. Will consider returning if management changes or Jed comes back. Scott is a nightmare.

The owner of this place is awesome. He was so helpful. Super nice. I had a few things to send to another state. He packed everything perfectly. Like playing Tetris.

I like the self help Amazon return station but the front guy is rude and curt. I've been here twice around 5 pm and experienced the same treatment twice. He makes you feel like you're a nuisance to him.

Thursday January 23/25! The front desk lady was so rude and she was in a hurry! She was not helpful at all, seeing many customers together at almost 4 o clock she was acting very disrespectfully and rudely! Very discriminatory behavior because I had accent! I feel sorry for UPS @ this location for having such employees!
