Rude!! The older Asian lady there wasn't help at all. I did an Amazon return & used 3 pieces of tape,. She got upset & said I have to buy tape or they will charge me for the pieces I used. She then said bring your box to the counter and I can help you; she did not help. I was trying to put the item in the box and she kept saying, your item must be in the box.. I was trying to fit it in correctly. I told her, I thought you said would help? That's when she became rude & started to be Sarcastic. The younger gentlemen took over and he was very professional.
Drive the extra mile to the next ups store.

Please DO NOT go to this store if you need a document notarized. I asked the staff member to write in blue ink and ensure the stamps were in the correct position. He said I was too demanding. I explained to him this is a legal document and has specific guidelines. Also, I'm paying for this service. He did not stamp the documents correctly, and now I hope the courts will accept them. This is entirely unacceptable.

They charge $4 to receive an email!! that is absurd and outrageous. On a free service. Email is free. I will not do business with businesses that doesn’t appreciate customers and the simple fact that they get paid for Amazon returns at their facilities. No longer coming here.
In reply to the businesses response. You are charging an outrageous amount to receive an email with information that doesn’t cost you anything. That makes you a greedy business and greedy isn’t rewarded.

The clerk was very friendly and welcoming. He made it so easy for me to send my sisters Christmas presents. I just brought them into the store and he took them, weighed them, and gave me my shipping options. Once I picked one out I checked out and they packaged and sent it on its way. Easy peasy!
