I’ve had a box here for a few years. Robin did a fantastic job. The staff was efficient and friendly. Truly a 5 star UPS Store. It appears the majority of the staff has been replaced. They are friendly but there is never enough people working. I can’t wait 45 minutes to pick up a package while the one person working does multiple notaries.

I was so happy and impressed with the way one Associate/staff (Victor) assisted me in printing my documents emailed to theupsstore.com/3618 up to the time of their shipment to the concerned party. He showed so much diligence and patience in walking me through the processes involved. This is one store that rendered the services i needed. Thank you Victor.

Went to print one copy of my paper it was just one paper they charge me 3 in half dollars for it.
It’s so expensive it’s not make sense.

I took some art from my very recently deceased grandfather and wanted to ship it to my home in Arizona. I was very unsure how and my mind was all over the place. When I walked into the UPS store and spoke to Robin, she was extremely helpful and worked hard to ensure that my grandfather’s art was safe and secure. Her professional and overall character as an individual was definitely more than a “10” rating. I am very grateful that she helped me and I felt very much relieved seeing the amount of effort she put in. When I received my package in Arizona, I saw how much more she had put into it. Again, very grateful.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Manager Robin at the UPS store, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. When my wife and I walked in, Manager Robin greeted us warmly and offered assistance immediately, although she was assisting other customers at the time.
She went above and beyond to ensure my package was handled with care and answered all my questions with a great attitude. Manager Robin is clearly very knowledgeable and dedicated to excellent customer service. It’s rare to find someone who is so efficient and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this location thanks to the outstanding management!

The workers were very polite, helpful, and patient. They saw my 4 year old daughter run around and they help keeping her entertained while I was signing documents. I really appreciate them. Their customer service skills go above and beyond expectations.

The ups store like to charge for ANY service, from using a pair of scissors to tape & maybe even a pen. Also the company that I was making a return to, stated that the return would be hassle free & free of charge & does not need to be boxed or label yet we had to purchase 2 poly bags for the 2 items to be accepted & shipped.This isn't the first & only time. it's everytime when I have no choice but use the ups store to ship. I strongly dislike the ups store & it's services.

Went in to asking for help about my package and delivery. First person to try to help was very quick to dismiss my concern and quick to recommend to file a claim and then tells me that my package was still in "UNC", come to find he was looking at the wrong date and when I pointed that out, he then give me more false information. I decided to ask for manager because this person was not interested in helping, then he walks back while saying "she's going to tell me the same thing." The manager (Robin) then comes out and stated "I'm on my lunch and I'm eating didn't he say that?" All I can say is that this place is one of the worst customer service I have experience. She then states that their are not part of UPS that it's a franchise. Franchise owner, Tony, please provide training for your employees.

Home of the Big rip off. The owner or operator is so shady. We brought in a prepaid box with prepaid UPS shipping label. They refused to ship it unless we paid 30 bucks to put our box in a box.
