Went in yesterday and took a passport picture. The lady who took my picture DID NOT show me how it turned out on the camera. Printed it and gave it to me and I quickly looked and had to go as it was time to pick up my kids. So maybe it is my fault Noticed that my hair was in my side and head was a little crooked. Next day I came back and I told the worker the situation if I can retake it. He didn't tell me I'd have to pay again or else I wouldn't have. Then he talked to a lady in the back who had her back turned the whole time. Then he came back with the new pictures and said I'll have to charge you for these. So I'm upset about the fact that he sad I could retake it. Like I said prior. My fault for not looking at it properly. But how much is ink? A replacement shouldn't have been a hard loss. I asked if I could just talk to the manager. Which is probably the owner who had her back turned. But to everyone who reads this (and the same situation may happen to you) GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS AND OTHER BUSINESS NEEDS!! I wish I read some of these reviews before coming here. I will be contacting Corporate to let them know this experience as well. Unprofessional, rude and there's a cute baby walking around in the back picking up boxes. (Probably the owners child) But I don't think that's allowed? If I did end up paying that extra $16 for the new retake would that of helped with daycare? Might need to be reported? Unless it is a daycare service now? Lmk!

Asian weekend employee not good. He told me to put packages in the back and there were some stuff on their floor and I tripped fall down. The guy needs to keep his surrounding areas neat and free of fall in order let customers in the back, this is a law sue if I take further action.

Obese black lady got a little spec of power because she can notarize something and chooses not to because the person signing doesn't speak English. Doesn't even try to cooperate a bit and keeps asking the name of the form while covering it with her hand. Get a life if you're reading this. You are 40 years old working at UPS. And I went to another UPS store and they didn't have a problem while the person didn't speak English. Your workers are useless.

I’m curious to know the process with Amazon returns? I have no issues with using Kohls, but whenever UPS is the only option for returns I immediately get frustrated because it takes at least 2 weeks to get my money. I have heard that the store just sits on Amazon returns. Don’t know, but I am STILL waiting for an update on my returns!!!

Unprofessional Service and Unjustified Extra ChargesI recently visited the UPS store and had a disappointing experience with an employee named Hioshi. This was not the first time I encountered unprofessional behavior from him, and this visit only added to my dissatisfaction.During my visit, I needed a notary service, and I had previously emailed the documents to the UPS store's email address. I gave my permission for Hioshi to print out six pages for me, but to my surprise, when it came time for payment, I was charged not only for the notary service, and printed pages but also for "computer use." Mind you, I didn't use the computer, he used his own to print my pages.I specifically questioned Hioshi about the additional charges related to computer use, as I believed they were unjustified. He dismissively told me that's how it works without providing a clear explanation. This lack of transparency and professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth. It's not about the extra $3 he charged, but rather the principle of honesty and fairness in business transactions.I want to make it clear that I had given permission for the printing of the pages, and my concern was solely about the unexpected computer use charges. I believe that customers should be informed and not subjected to hidden or unjustified charges. This experience has made me question the integrity of this UPS store location. I strongly recommend considering other UPS store locations if possible, where you might find a more transparent and customer-friendly service.In conclusion, my experience with Hioshi and the UPS store was far from satisfactory, and I hope this review helps others make an informed choice when seeking services at this location.

Places sucks. Didn't take my Amazon return saying it was too big when I saw the dude Michael put it in the box and it fit. Later said they need to fit more items in the box with my item. Michael said I could pay for packing and materials for the Amazon return that should be free Went to another ups store down the street who took it no questions asked.Reported them to Amazon.

A long time ago, they had a staffing issue. Today, it's been addressed. They are well staffed and very easy to work with.I come here more often now and will continue to use them.

This review is for Analeah. I personally do not come to this location due to parking. However, I’ve been extremely inconvenienced at the Calvine location so I decided to go here. I called prior to arriving to ensure I can complete a specific transaction that Calvine supposedly could not do. Analeah was very kind. Her tone was great, excellent customer service and she answered my questions over the phone after allowing me to explain everything so fast. I arrived minutes later and Analeah processed my transaction within 1 minute and apologized for the experience I had at the other store. Excellent customer experience today. Give her kudos! I hope to see her the next time I need to visit UPS. Thank you.

They get the basics done but most of the employees are really rude. The owner would be wise to invest in some customer service training. They are lucky there are the only option in the area

I’ve been coming to this location for the past 6 years and it’s always a good experience. There was a random time there a girl at the counter who was struggling with doing the math and using the computer to find my usb for a print job, it was a little sad but kinda funny too. Otherwise!! Fast service, quick answers and easy for drop offs.

Even did not deserve 1 star, over charging customers . I went there for Amazon return he told me that he is going to charge 3 dollars for that bar code label sheet , which is completely free , then 16 dollars for a box small box. When I told others gave free for that label sheet than he said ok. Completely disgusting service and also rude and shifty attitude. I know better that Amazon paid for shipping than why 3 dollars for that label envelope. It's called cheaters
