I usually roll my eyes when people complain about customer service. But the other reviewers are right, the service here is unacceptable. Just go to a different location.

Your customer service representatives CiCi & D are both really good at the store on Calvine Rd. Every time I've gone in there for at least the past couple years now, they're both super nice, very helpful & know what they're doing! Nice to have people who are knowledgable, pleasant to work with & will do whatever it takes to make my visit fast, efficient & cost effective with the best deals it options they can provide me so Thank you both very much CoCi & D! Go Brown! :)

Every time I’m in the area and have to drop off a package for Express Shipping, they are so nice and helpful. I visit lots of locations due to my job as a Notary Signing Agent and this one is one of my favorites.

Best customer service ever! The guy was already closing the store when I ran up with my multiple Amazon returns, but he let me in and graciously took care of me. He told me he was supposed to be somewhere in 15 minutes, but he still handled my returns with patience and good cheer. And this was not my first experience of above-and-beyond customer service at this store - the best! I'd give 100 stars if I could!

The level of professionalism all employees showed was honestly impeccable. The day I went in,
the store was jammed packed, every employee in their was polite to the customers, showed no emotion to being overwhelmed, and was extremely knowledgeable in the different services needed. You don’t see this often. I highly recommend this store!
