I have always had good experiences with this UPS store location, and this last one was absolutely top-notch. Sonia, Jaleyna, and Adrieana helped me notarize and witness some documents. These three ladies were absolutely amazing. They made a nerve-wracking and stressful process feel straightforward and actually enjoyable. They were helpful and thoughtful every step of the way, and I am incredibly grateful. They are a delight and I honestly can't say enough nice things about them!

Today I had an unpleasant experience with an associate named Robin. I came into the Bradshaw location because the associates are always so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately today there was an associate I recognized from the Calvine store. She was always rude and unpleasant but I didn’t think twice about it. When I entered no one greeted me she just looked at me and continued her conversation. I waited patiently as she helped other customers, then another person walks in “hi ma’am how can I help you today?” Even the lady that just walked in looked at me like… have you been helped? Then “Robin” looks at me and says “what did you need today” I told her I had documents to print. She was so rude to me, she even went as far as to say out loud what the documents were that were being printed which was completely unnecessary. Then she charges me for computer usage, I come to this location regularly to print my resume. I never use the computer so I’m only charged for copies. She went out of her way to overcharge me just like she used to at the Calvine location. In this economy with all the people looking for work there’s no room for people like “Robin” in customer service. Do better UPS!

JT is one of the best employees you have. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and fast. You need to promote her and treat her well so she stays. She makes doing business with this location a great experience.
