I use this place a lot for my returns from amazon and other misc stuff. Today I have had a good amount of help from a few of the people that work there. Customer Services is always good. Sometimes I feel some of the guys don't wanna deal with certain things but I have seen what comes through that door and sometimes it can make you really tired and having to deal with the same thing over and over different people. :) ... Stay positive guys stay focused keep being the great team that you all have.

They asked me to use their automated system for amazon returns. When the machine prompted me to go to an associate, the female worker was rude and condenscending about how to use the bags. Then she finally said, oh but you would need it to be pre-packaged anyways. So the machine would not have worked in my case. She continued to be condescending while scanning my returns. The other employees here seem to be okay.

We have had our mailbox here for years. I normally stop here 4+ times per week to pick up packed etc. even when they are busy they are on top of it, moving through everyone quickly. Also great customer service, they remember your mailbox and get you out quickly. I appreciate everyone who works here!

There are literally 2 great workers at this location. Everyone else can stay home. Stop opening the store at 8:30 AM with one person there!!!! You have some fella that opened on 05.30.23 who spoke to low, was unorganized, way too aloof, and had people scattered all over the store. No order or sense of urgency. Hopefully the one in Fair Oaks will provide a better experience.

By far the best UPS store experience I have ever had. Employee Ben is simply amazing. He made sure to help me with my Amazon returns and went above and beyond. He is the best employee I’ve met at UPS!!!

Made the poor choice of inconveniencing them with my business today! I went in to ship a very important package for our business that is family owned, and the guy was so inconvenienced by the fact that I had my toddler with me, he couldn't stop rolling his eyes. My toddler was looking at the cards and he "preferred she didn't" he showed his annoyance with more eye rolls and sighs. James was rude with every step of my shipping needs down to the address. I told James I was sorry she touched a card and that I would pay for it and his remark was "I wouldn't want to inconvenience you". I have never been treated so poorly. Needless to say we will be using FedEx from now on!

Unless you have an hour to spare, don't waste your time. Just to print something, I spent a half hour in line. As this is close to me, it's my go to place, sadly. It is so poorly managed and customers are secondary to everything else. Such a terrible place.

Online info and hours posted on the door say they open at 8:30 am. I am here at 8:55 am and the store is still closed. Please update your hours so your customers don’t drive and waste time for nothing.

Simply visited to make some color copies $.69 each. The place was packed. The person that helped was uncertain how to do double sided copies. It took nearly 30 minutes for 10 copies. This is not a bad review. Just sharing my personal experience. Everyone else was sending packages and that appeared seamless. The line was moving along. The staff was nice and handling the stress level with professionalism.

I go here because I live so close but I will no longer be a customer in this location. I had a notary appointment at 1 pm. A clerk (Asian man with glasses) asked me what are you waiting for. This was 10 minutes after I’ve waited. I said I have an appointment at 1 and he said we’ll I’m the notary and I have lunch at one and he complained why I should not have been allowed to schedule it at that time. I said well the website prompted this time and had 12-1 blocked out maybe they assumed his lunch was then. Either way he said I’d have to wait. Another worker approached him and he then said fine let’s make this quick. He was rude the whole time, losing my id, then throwing it at me when I asked him to find it. He didn’t hand me my receipt, didn’t say thank you and just left. It was a terrible experience. I had him before and he’s rude to everyone so I didn’t take it personal but throwing items at customers and not handing receipts or being a decent human being isn’t acceptable . I’ll be making the drive to take my business elsewhere.
