Teri Sateurn was exceptional. She followed through and called me the next day like she said. She made sure to reach out to me and let me know the information regarding my check. I was so appreciative. Her customer service was top notch

I was one of the customers who was with Union Bank, and when they merged with US Bank I went along. So far, I love it! The online banking is so user-friendly. When I physically go into the bank, the associates are so friendly and helpful.

AWFUL!!!! I deposited money into the atm and it didn't deposit so I had to go in just to be told I have to wait 10-45 days to get MY MONEY BACK!!!! what kind of s*** is that!!!!! the lady that said she's in charge of course not wearing any name tag was cold and rude! once I get my money back from them I will close my accoun with them! I will never bank with rude, unprofessional people that acts like it was my fault the atm stole my money. DONT BABK WITH US BANK! they don't give 2 shits about you or any problems that their bank caused.

I come to this bank all the time to deposits cash and checks from my work. Usually I would have with me a zipper purse with all the checks and cash inside of it. And the teller usually know what they are doing and always puts all the transactions receipt in the purse and back to me. However, at this location there's a teller, specifically the young Arab looking boy that had forgotten to give me back the receipts per transactions made during that time. This isn't the first time he's made the mistake. When I returned to the warehouse my boss chewed me out for missing the cash transaction receipt. And knowing that it was the same teller whom messed up. I was really upset. When I returned to the branch the following Monday to ask for the receipt, the manager(I'm assuming) seems like he was happy to tell me that they cannot give me the receipt bc I'm not the account holder. And this upsets me because they see me come in there almost everyday to make deposits and yet they know that it was their idiot whom messed up but try to blame me for not checking the receipt before leaving. I didn't check because your "teller" was supposed to ask Everytime. So I left because I know they didn't want to help me. I'm done with this location.

I ordered three card and haven't receive any this place is horrible at send things to u now I'm going on vacation and I have no card because they canceled my other one f****** idiots

I hate to do this to my bank, but this branch should just be shut down. I have a 50% success rate visiting this location and not receiving a message from the ATM that it is not in service. ATM gives you 50s and 100s without asking. Hard to break these in a lot of places. Staff are curt and highly suspicious of customers, which is understandable for the neighborhood. But when you present as a private banking client, they still treat you like a money launderer. The manager seems to be way too young, whipped down by corporate and resort to hiding under "policy" to explain why something cannot happen when they are confronted with a complex transaction. In short, it's the worst branch of this bank, but give the location it's worth the crapshoot to see if the ATM works as there are no other US Banks close by.
