I was a Union Bank customer for 20 years. As you know by this time, Union Bank was acquired by US Bank. I found that my Union Bank accounts were transferred smoothly and hassle free. The personnel here at the Del Paso Road branch walked me through their banking procedures and I was good to go.Of course the branch, inside Safeway, is small and a bit crowded at times but still nice to do banking business there.

It says the hours are open until 6, but I go and they said they close at 5. None of the employees STILL there were willing to help me either.

Understaffed, trying to bounce you off unless you are there for basic money deposit operations. Have no access or desire to do much beyond human pretending to be an ATM functions.Booked an appointment online in regards to business checking account funding being frozen in limbo between banks. Instead had to push trough a tough customer rejecting wall of a regular teller who had no clue or authority to even see anything in regards to the issue. There was no-one else in the branch with proper access. Have my money unavailable to me for 5 days and no-one is willing to even try to figure out what's going on let alone solve the issue. It's a fortune teller not a business banking relationship with phrases like "probably" "maybe" "takes time" etc prevailing in their vocabulary.

Travis and Louis showed us what excellent customer service is all about. Being an amputee it took a little extra time time to get to the window. They both were courteous and very friendly. Great job!

I have been banking here at least since they opened inside Safeway on Del Paso Rd. I usually use Chase as it was my 1st and main bank and pay most bills with that (but Chase sucks a** -another story with cutting limits on CCs for no good reason). I think I have used this US Bank for 10+ years. It can get very busy and a line usually but last few times there was 1 or none in front of me. Just avoid Mondays, Fridays and 1st of tha month gubbament cheese checks in the mail time and you are golden. Clerks used to vary. Ok to nice over the years. Probably seen well over 100 workers come and go here. But recent years the clerks, male and female have been pleasant, chatty and cordial. I try not to come here much and don't due to the busy location. Nor do I have much bank biz to do here as I do most at Chase. But not a bad bank. I hate greedy banks/fees and their ties to the 2008 Wall Street/home loan greed crisis so I'll tread lightly here and say it is a decent place for your banking needs....

Great service! Staff is very friendly and polite. I come here oftentimes to do my everyday transactions and the tellers are very good with their customer service as well. 5 stars I'd give, I can't complain.

When would not anticipate having a negative experience at a bank. For the most part, most of us are going into either deposit money, get money, or perhaps some other banking needs. I've been to this location a couple of times to take care of some family related business, and each time, the experience has been less than favorable. The customer service is fairly nonexistent... My last trip into the branch, there was no one there, and I still had to wait close to 20 minutes to be acknowledged and helped. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the person that was helping me, which is not how anyone should feel in a place of business. The paperwork that we needed to take care of that I was told would only take less than 15 minutes, and the taking closer to 30 minutes before I could walk out of the door. Add that to my wait time, and it was close to an hour of time, in an empty branch. The attitude of the person helping me, only further my decision do you not want to utilize services here. As if waiting to be assisted wasn't bad enough, there's some strange odor in the bank. I can't describe it, but it definitely is unpleasant. It's been consistent with all of my visits. This is not my bank of choice, and based on poor customer service, I'll stick with what I know and love. This isn't it.

I went to deposit cash for a family's business account. As I sometimes help out parents to make deposits without any issues at jp Morgan chase. I tried to deposit thru the US bank ATM machine and the machine kept spitting the cash back out. So, I asked a teller if she could deposit for me. I gave her the card thinking that I would have to punch in the pin code for the atm card. Instead, the teller asked me to write the account number down on a deposit slip. As I was about to write down the account mumber, she asked me to show her my ID. I told her that I was making a deposit for my father. And then, she said I have to give her my social security number and my occupation despite that I knew the pin code and the account number. I refused to give out my social security number and she refused service. And then I drove about 25 minutes to another US bank location to do the same and I had no problem because I knew the account number and the pin code. If my father had business with other bank, the drive would have been about 5 minutes. The teller that works there loves giving people hard time to avoid work mess. She acts like a robot answering a phone call and she straight up said, sorry I can't help you. It's funny because I was able to deposit without issues at another US Bank location. Protecting customer's information is good but not when they have all the legitimate information. I now know not to bank with US Bank in the future.

DO NOT go to this branch. Had 3 auto loans with USBank in the past 4 years. All paid off within a year. Going for 4th. Rep didn't follow back up. Then they said they entered the wrong info for the loan and would need to do another hard inquiry. I refused. They still ran it anyways. Then again, when I went back to them, they kept delaying everything and wouldn't have the decency to call me back even though everything was approved. They literally missed out on a loan opportunity due to laziness and negligence. I eventually ended up going with Golden One and paying cash. Horrible service. Worst branch ever.
