At first we were extremely discouraged after spending several hours at another dealership down the street, however decided to return back to Carlos, as Lions Auto Sales was initially our first stop. Carlos was very flexible and beyond willing to work with our budget - in fact he saved us over 50% of what we were initially planning on spending. He was extremely helpful and considerate upon our return, always with a smile on his face. He was very uplifting and beyond helpful when it came to the signing and payment process, explaining everything which we needed to know for our new purchase. Despite it being later within the evening, my partner finished the majority of the paperwork needed prior to myself getting off work and arriving to the dealership. Upon my arrival, Carlos had wonderful energy, was well organized, and had all the additional documents I needed to complete printed and ready to go - allowing for the entire process to go both smoothly and quickly without any rush. Additionally, a great conversationalist and all around a wonderful salesman and individual!
Carlos was also generous enough to let us know if anything pops up within the first week of our purchase, to simply give their dealership a call in order to resolve any issues. Very minor things popped up, for example we noticed one of our fog lights were out. Carlos was true to his word and assisted us in scheduling a date and time we could take in the vehicle to fix such, and the car was just like new in less than an hour.
Not only were we blessed to get a new car, but it was also pleasure meeting Carlos and building a great relationship with both himself and Lions Auto Sales as a reliable and honest dealership you could trust. “I bought a ram 1500 a few months ago from them. The salesman was extremely cool the only reason I give 4 stars is because after not being able to pick my truck up the day I bought it because they needed to smog it, they offered to deliver it and the driver ended up flaking. So I got my truck 3 days after buying it and the moment I got in the tire light was on. Well it was pouring rain and I had my daughter and wife waiting so I stopped at a gas station to air up and couldn’t tell if the air gauge was wrong or the back tire actually had a puncture. So I kept trying to figure out the tpms on the dash and none of the monitors read. So I recently had a shop try recalibrating the sensors and come to find out the truck is missing all its tpms sensors. I don’t remember the light during the test drive but it was on when I picked it up myself 3 days after buying it. So i passed because it was pretty pricey also like the 250 mile warranty they try selling you for 2k on top of your loan. Anyways I’ve been having to check my tires and my TPMs always bings at me every so often”

He did the pricing and did not add any of the fees that the dealerships try to add in to get more money . The driver seat was scarred and he had someone to fix it. It was one of the smoothest, no nonsense transaction that I’ve had in a long time. He was honest and fair. I will absolutely recommend.”
“Very convenient to have the mobile service van come to our house. However, I still need to return to the service center to get the undercarriage shield reattached with two bolts that were missing. I understand they can’t carry all kinds of bolts in the mobile service van.”

“Purchased a Salvage title 2018 Ford Flex for a killer deal! Clean inside and out (as if it should have never been totaled!). Suren was extremely down to earth but also professional. The down payment was the “off the lot price” just as discussed on Facebook. No hidden fees of any sort. Everything was very clear. I work full time at a dealer and usually ONLY buy independently. BUT when I saw how good of a deal this flex was I couldn’t pass it up. I have put 1000miles on this car in less than a month and EVERYTHING is as it was leaving the dealer lot in Sac! I am very pleased with my first time buyer experience!!! Drove out of there after the down payment and 1 payment to get insurance of course (given which I knew about)”
“I purchased my car about a year ago from Galaxy Autosport, and I really do have to note how professional and quick the process was. First, my car was preventatively maintenanced. I cannot express how much that meant to me, considering the niche car I was purchasing. Also, not a lot of dealers do that. Secondly, the owner seems to procure cars from a well known client base that know how to treat their cars. I can guarantee quality based on my experience. Third, the purchase process took all of 20 minutes? Something like that. No one wants to be held up in an office for half the day like it used to be. Excellent dealer.
