This location supports the theft of your products during shipping they can be shown boxes and tell you they can do nothing and you have to go on the internet to do their job of reporting thieves in their company. Use UPS or FedEx. Filed a report with local law enforcement apparently this is a huge issue in Sacramento in general the post office hires thieves.

You don’t expect a lot from postal workers, but somehow they set the bar lower than zero expectations. Whether they’re busy or not they are unreasonably slow. Worst of all they’re ridiculously rude and unprofessional

Amazing costumer service. the young man working at 3:20 on January 4th 2023 was so nice and sweet. we had a horrible experience at a usps in florin earlier and this post office was awesome. will definitely be back!

3 Jan '23-10:50-Excellent and friendly service. They had all the stamps I needed and no queues. Way better than Alhambra PO which had horrible long queues and no stamps to offer.

The post office doesn't always get the clout it needs, but they are doing some great work to ensure that it can accommodate the changing times. They always have a spot where you can get services when there isn't somebody, and I appreciate that. The staff is helpful, although they are understaffed; please be patient with them because they are doing what they can do. They work hard and ensure they can answer any questions you may have, and if they don't know the answer, I guarantee they will find you the answer shortly. They are doing great, and I am happy to be able to support the US postal office in my town.
