You don’t expect a lot from postal workers, but somehow they set the bar lower than zero expectations. Whether they’re busy or not they are unreasonably slow. Worst of all they’re ridiculously rude and unprofessional

Amazing costumer service. the young man working at 3:20 on January 4th 2023 was so nice and sweet. we had a horrible experience at a usps in florin earlier and this post office was awesome. will definitely be back!

3 Jan '23-10:50-Excellent and friendly service. They had all the stamps I needed and no queues. Way better than Alhambra PO which had horrible long queues and no stamps to offer.

The post office doesn't always get the clout it needs, but they are doing some great work to ensure that it can accommodate the changing times. They always have a spot where you can get services when there isn't somebody, and I appreciate that. The staff is helpful, although they are understaffed; please be patient with them because they are doing what they can do. They work hard and ensure they can answer any questions you may have, and if they don't know the answer, I guarantee they will find you the answer shortly. They are doing great, and I am happy to be able to support the US postal office in my town.

I would give them a zero rating. This is not my first negative experience at the Broadway Post office; judging by the reviews, I am not alone. I stood in line for 30 minutes as the girl was on her own, not her fault, and I expected this. I did not expect that she would decide that as I had 7 packages (it's Christmas), she would only take 5, and I would need to go to the back of the line for the other 2, as the line was long! Yes, I know, I just stood in it. and now it is longer than when I started. She claimed it was a policy, so when I asked to see it, as it was not posted anywhere, she admitted it was not a policy but that her boss, who works at the Oak Park branch, directed her to do this. I asked the people in line if they knew the policy; of course, they did not. I won't go back to this post office ever again. The last time I had a bad experience, I mentioned it to a bay area office, and they knew exactly which post office in Sacramento I was talking about. Do better!!

5 stars is for the staff - they are courteous, kind, and efficient. The line is long some days, but that's not their fault.

Horrible! First time coming into the post office to drop off our small business packages. Showed up 5 mins before closing to drop off all packages to the counter. Confirmed with worker that it was okay to leave it there. One week later, nothing has been scanned it. Lost all my packages and now I have to file a claim. How disappointing.

Good place. Absolute crap it does not open until 8:30 tho. I need to take stuff before work and 8:30 is way to late for a place like this plus they close at 5 that is not enough time for a federal post office

This was my first time shipping a package and felt so bad being an inconvenience but the two kind ladies working, Mecca and Jane, were so helpful! They told me what to do and even helped me when I had to run back due to a mistake I made earlier. Thanks so much! :)

I went to UPS near my house to send a small family tchotchke to my sister in Germany. The guy laughed and ballparked $120 for my 2lb package. This USP mailed it for under $40!! It was a d*** family thing, but it was nice to send it and not feel burned. They've only got one clerk on for Christmas. Bring some good cheer. DeJoy will be out next Xmas!!!!
