Travis is incompetent. He messed up trying to process my service & instead of owning it. He said why don't you do it at your bank. Not professional at. Wasted my entire lunch. The management at this facility is terrible. A bunch of these employees should be fired. Sorry but true. DONT GO HERE

Travis is the man! Customer service at Alhambra is always great, and today I extra appreciated being able to borrow a sharpie to fill out my parcel envelope w/out needing to buy one or use tape. He reminded me to show a QR code if provided one so I don’t have to print a label on paper at home. It’s the little kindnesses, and Alhambra is always a pleasant USPS experience.

One of the worst post offices ever. I have had multiple packages forwarded to who knows what address and also return to sender for who knows what reason!?! Not is this an inconvenience to a person, the customer service is horrible. Speaking about Barbara in particular. She had an attitude that she didn’t care nor want to help me resolve the issue. Very unprofessional!

Came with a friend to mail their letters shortly before closing, the employee was very helpful answering questions and providing tape and scissors.

Post office made a mistake. They fixed the issue promptly and politely. Appeciate the friendliness and willingness to help instead of passing off the mistake.

Great staff at closing time. I had a last minute dash to mail Mother’s Day gifts on Friday and got to the post office at 4:59 pm. The employees were patient, helpful, and good natured despite it being so close to closing when we arrived. Thanks Mark!

A Karen's sanctuary.. love the wild public displays while waiting.. they're very entertaining. Time flies here; before you know it, it's time to go. Kudos to the staff here, holding it down. It's not their fault. Like everything else, it could be better.
