Horrible to walk here in the heat from the light rail station. It's not an accessible location. The staff was nice and helpful though.

Absolutely terrible place. The staff knows nothing where your parcel is. The conditions doesn't work, outside is 104 degrees, inside the same temperature.

After waiting in a large line for 15 minutes I finally made it to the front of the line to check on an address change I submitted 14 business days ago. The lady at the counter said I have to wait another 7 days for the confirmation of the change to come in the mail. I then asked if she could just check to make sure it’s being processed as I’m waiting on a large check. She told me that she can’t check it at the front counter and that I would have to wait until she cleared the line (of about 10 more people). I then asked if there were anyone else that could help to which she repeated that it’s “probably” not even in the system. I told her that I understood what she was saying but that I’d like to do my best to follow up. Again she told me I could wait until she was done with the line. I then moved to another rep at the counter who was only “answering” questions. She also tried to brush me off and get me to leave. I then insisted that she check as I have a check coming. She then walked over to the lady I spoke with and asked her if she could handle it. She then asked if she could clear the line first…..and the lady told her yes and then went to the back of the post office with nothing more said to me. I have now been waiting as more people continue to come in and get in line for a total of about 20 minutes……the 2 lady’s at the counter were very rude and showed zero concern for what I needed…..I’m now standing here waiting for my license back because the other lady carried it to the back with her and the other one who I originally spoke to is helping the continuous line of people……

This is the most horrible place of USPS the workers are super rude and lazy especially if your coming for passport renewal.

I mailed a Priority Mail envelope with a handmade birthday card and money (insured) and it arrived ripped open with the card and money stolen. The recipient was sad on her birthday. I filed a report and was told that it was probably stolen in the mailroom. Not holding my breath that the claim will be paid, even though the lady on the phone was really nice about it.

If I could give 0 stars I would because they don’t even deserve one. Every time I come to pick up my mail they have me wait in line for 2 hours just to say they don’t have it. Then I get calls from the post office saying I have my mail and it needs to be picked up from there and it’s been over 2 months of my mail just sitting there. I did this back and forth where I come, wait in line for 2 hours, they tell me they don’t have my mail a total of 4 times. I work 9-5 and have to take off work to do this and it’s so fustrating. They’re so rude and disgusting and disrespectful. Unorganized is an understatement of how they run this place. Not to mention person working at the pickup service area short Latin dude decides he wants to shut down pick up whenever he feels like. I been here three times where he just decided he didn’t want to work anymore and put up a notice. I added a picture as proof because I can’t make any of this up. He needs to be fired.

Update: After 45 minutes in that line told to go to a window with no staff available until 1 pm. So here I sit.
The mail carrier was supposed to redeliver a package of medications requiring signature. He is not our regular carrier. He literally drove by; made eye contact and drove off instead of redelivery. I tried redelivery through the website and doesn't work. So now I stand in line at Royal Oaks with only one staff-- sick as a dog. The line has not moved in ten minutes. What a mess.

I’m only given five stars so it can show on top. The mailman has been stealing my mail since March 21I just left the post office and they gave me mail from June which was three pieces of mail my debit card and my two gift cards from AT&T are still missing and they just give me a phone number I informed them that my cousin found mail on the floor by the broken mailbox that I told the mailman was broken in March and still has not been fixed. AT&T is refusing to replace my gift cards because they don’t believe the issue so now this mailman is able to leave mail wherever he please Whenever he please, and still has a job, I will be contacting a lawyer

Came almost on time for my passport appointment, but no worker was there. After waiting for 45 minutes, the worker came and said that she canceled my appointment. Rude worker.

Went to mail an international package and they said they couldn’t print out any postage because there printers are not working and had to go to another post office. Said they couldn’t print printers have been down for a while now. Always something not working there. I really believe now the post office needs to be privatized now.

This is a useless USPS office they delivered my package to my old address I lived there 2 years ago and hand over my package to an unknown individual not the resident of that house. So, the usps is not taking the responsibility of there mistakes.
