I’m nearly 70 years old and I can tell you I recognize great customer service when I receive it. I recognize poor customer service when I receive it as well, however I think it’s important to point out when a person exceeds expectations.
Kiele has the innate ability to exceed expectations She does it with a smile on her face and with a positive mental attitude. Her desire to do the right thing is obvious.
As I said, if you get lucky, this young lady will be on duty unavailable for your mailing requirements.

Absolutely no help solving my mail forwarding problem. And, outside the entrance, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ten years. There was trash and the remnants of a smashed bee hive.

Horrible and disgusting to realize tax payer dollars are contributing to RICO’s SALARY, HEALTH BENEFITS, PENSION, and more.
RICO is a criminal, and should be charged as one, fired immediately and stripped of all government benefits.
RICO is the reason why THE PEOPLE do not trust, respect or want to deal with government “employees”. They can’t make it in the private sector… such clowns. FIRE RICO IMMEDIATELY.

The Post Office on El Camino Ave near Watt Ave is one of the post offices less crowded in Sacramento. I come here to mail my letters or packages when the post office near me is very busy. I drive a little farther and save a lot of time. The post office usually only has one window clerk, but it is still faster because fewer people are here. The parking lot is pretty empty, and I can park my car in front of the post office, too.

After reviewing the video of a man being assaulted by Rico, I can say with absolute certainty that I don't think I'll be conducting business at this location.
This individual needs to be fired, he is dangerous. You can't just assault a member of the public just because they're exercising their 1st amendment right to freedom of press.
Learn the law Rico, you should be ashamed of yourself.
