I have been using the location at Fulton Ave. for at least 8 years because of an Ebay business I use. I have often been assisted during these 8 years by an African American lady who usually has long well fashioned fingernails. I write this review because I've read many negative reviews about her which I don't understand. My experience over the years with her has been %100 positive. She has spent much time answering questions and offering advice which has been extremely helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I've enjoyed at this location.

🤮🤮🤮 the guy at the front was very rude and disrespectful. He just didn't like me as soon as I walked in...He did not clearly know how to explain to fill out a form. So he was so mean! I did try alittle tiny talking and he just said I don't care, I care about closing in 5 minutes. He just totally ruined my day! The management has to teach or educate their staff. The staff should know they get paid for what they do to people! Anyways, the reviews are not good at all about this post office...

Very rude lady old African American big lady she been there for a long time. She the most rudest person I’ve ever met she’s always rude to everyone that walks in.if you don’t like you job so much stop wasting tax payers money and quit. The people your rude to is the reason you get paid and those good benefits.

You never see a bad public service like this. The front Africa ladies are lazy, mean and rude. They seem can attract you or bite you. What a dark place! Why do United States allow those kind of office exits?

Absolutely horrible services! The money order is already searchable in the system but they insist I have to wait 48 hours. Later. I went to the bank and the bank cashed out the money order immediately. Horrible staff & supervisor!

Beware. They close earlier than their posted hours. I arranged my day to get here by 4:45 but they said that they were closed because they don't have enough employees. My package was international so I couldn't use the kiosk. 😡

The african American lady is so rude. She wasn’t helpful at all and asked me to google how to fill a form that wasn’t easy to do since it was my first time. I spent almost 30 min frustrated and had to even use chat gpt damn I have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism
