I received the absolute worst treatment at this location. The staff member, called “J”, told me I had to pay package price to mail a letter that just contained a card. In addition to being passive aggressive and rude when I asked how much the letter would cost, he just answered “I don’t know, five six dollars?” There was NO ONE in line so there was no reason for him to be so rude and dismissive. The postal service keeps declining- I wish I had a better option than having to go with FedEx instead and pay a fortune to mail a normal envelope.

If I could give -10 stars I would. They have been consistently not delivering my packages and mail. I have to call customer service just for them to tell me they can’t do anything about it and I would have to wait and see IF it will get delivered. WTH?? This office or any office never picks up their phones too…like???? So frustrating.

Don't go here. These are the rudest clerks I've ever seen. Trying to do a change of address. The woman was so rude and so mean and so unhelpful.

They Steals Any packages or Letters with Card
This USPS’s staff CONSTANTLY steals all my packages , any mail with a card in it such as bank card or government issued IDs.
As soon as my package or mails with card go through this USPS, it will go missing. ( I can see the tracking history , the packages or mails were delivered from the Sac regional distribution center successfully, but once they reach this USPS, it goes missing. Even there’s a tracking number, they still dare to steal it!!
So I had to pay $70 for a PO Box at a different USPS and I had no more missing mails.
I’m reporting this USPS to the regional headquarter and I’m reporting all the supervisors in this USPS because they are tolerating such crime,
I’m hoping to get all involved staff and all supervisors fired from this branch so they can assign new staff who has better disclipine. If regional headquarrr doesn’t work on it, I will be reporting them to the Sac post master. I will not let it go because they forced me to pay $280 a year for a PO Box.

Why am I paying such a high price for a post office box that I can't get access to over the counter when I accidentally leave my key in another purse? Surely something, in the year 2025, should be in place to address Situations like these that come up.

I have never experienced or seen such rude behavior from the workers at this Post Office. One lady was actually mean to a customer and her supervisor just snickered.

FYI - There are no passport applications here anymore... Go to the Passport Office at 2000 Royal Oaks.

I forgot to ask the name of the shaven-head guy at the delivery window. He made my day today. I have visited this office a couple of times due to change of address not working and a package missing but he addressed them all at once. Thank you man. You’re great

the supervisor at the walk up window(mail on hold etc) went way above the call of duty to help me get my mail. much appreciated.
