The owner did a wonderful job selling us our car. He was a man of his word and our car has not had any problems. We have had it for about 2 months and it is working great. We would go back to him again.

STAY AWAY FROM UTU AUTO SALESI SHOULD’VE LISTENED TO THE YELP REVIEWS.I do not understand how this company is is still in business. This man is a LIAR, & a THEIF. He sold me a car that was just deemed UNSAFE TO DRIVE & told me too bad when I called to talk to him about it. I am filing a claim with the BBB & the BAR.Thair said to take him to court if I have a problem with his sale.I will see you in court Thair.NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I had gone in to look at a 2004 Mini Cooper after walking in and meeting Thair I noticed all his vehicles were in incredible condition and he was honest about the ones they are still working on he was kind enough to give us a rundown on the vehicles manual transmission and Made the purchase easy and simple he was reassuring and kind after this experience and he then waited after we left for a call to ensure we got home safe.after this experience I will be coming back and this place will be my first stop!

USE CAUTION!!!!!! I do not suggest buying from this UTU autosalesMy dad a 76 year old Vietnam veteran went down and bought a 2006 explorer from this guy. Looked over the car and didn't look to bad, had some wear but it's a used car. Test drove mainly freeway didn't notice much except when getting on the freeway the guy started yelling at me that I was over reving it and should never go to 5k I told him it is designed to shift at a certain rpm I did not see how high of rpm went when it shifted but I should have told my dad to walk away right then did like his additude. We did a 3 mile round trip and headed back to the garage. I told my dad I couldn't see anything major wrong so he went ahead and purchased the vehicle. On the way home my dad noticed the explorer didn't have any power when passing on the freeway. We live in the mountain area so we have hills to climb to go home and he noticed the lack of power seemed to be the transmission. The Monday after he took it to ammco to have the transmission checked out. Ammco said the tranmission was garbage the fluid was burnt and there were metal shavings in the transmission fluid. They suggested a full replacement of the transmission. So my dad had them changed the transmission costing 3k. The latest news from the transmission shop was asking if we had the front driveline for the car so they can put it back in. He told them that the drivline should be in it we never took it out. So basically someone took out the drivline before he bought it so my dad had to buy a 500 dollar driveline too. What is next? Is the front end bad is that why the driveline? My dad has had this car for less than a month and it has been in the shop being fixed the whole time he has had it.I would never buy a car from these people, very shady place we should have left the minute we pulled up. And should have left after the test drive. I highly suggest not buying form them you don't know what you will get. Very un satisfied. I wouldn't even put a star if I couldPlease use caution!!!!!!!!!! Don't get screwed

I was wary to shop for a used car because I had been burned by another dealer in the past. I have waited over a month to write a review because I wanted to make sure that there was nothing wrong with the car before I wrote it. The car that I received from UTU has been great and I have not had any problems with it. I would shop there again for my next car.

I wish that did not have to give them a star to write this review. Dealer outright lied to my son about the vehicle he was interested in and ultimately purchased. When a competent mechanic looked it over we were informed that the motor is shot and will be about $6500 to replace. The Mechanic also told us there is evidence the car was in a crash, frame damage. So what that means is this place was willing to sell my son a defective, damaged car and put his life at risk to make a buck. Also when the dealer was given the chance to make it right, he refused. Do not believe anything this place tells you, and let no money change hands until you have checked everything out with your own experts. Better yet just don't do business with them, so you don't get burned like we did.
