I thought about ignoring this but it's important for customer service to hear. I just left Vibe. I go here A LOT. At least once a week. There's a fairly new bud tender there who needs help reading the room (Chicago Bulls Hat). A little about me. I usually get two 8ths and I tip at least $2-3. Today I was $1 short (because their card system is down again, I used what cash I had). The total comes to just over $26. I have $25. I say "man I really don't want to go to the atm. I always tip. Is there any wayI can get to back next time?" I didn't think this was asking a lot especially considering the card system is down. She takes one of my two 8ths and places it on the back counter as if to say "too damn bad, dude" I chuckled because 1) i wasn't owed anything. I was hoping she would have done the cool thing and asked a manager. She didn't. 2) I'm in here soooo often that I have points for sure. I even mentioned points. She didn't even check to see if I had any! Again.. I enjoy the store. Most of your employees rock. Today was a LOL moment for sure. $1...

The best dispo around, everyone is super friendly and knows their stuff. My go to spot anytime I need a re-up. Kim was very sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend this spot, come check them out!!
