Not one good review and now their phone number is no good. Wonder why. I thank all these reviewers for taking the time to review bad and good businesses. I think they are out of business at this point.

If there was a status less then (one) star this moving company deserves it. Missing items among them furniture rollers, dollies, plants; there was a broken imported bar. After numerous calls to complain, I received a call from the owner, who said he would pay me $700 for the loss and damages. (I was asking for #3,000) I received $0, Zip, nothing! Still fuming from be robbed and lied too! STAY VERY FAR AWAY!

Well this company destroyed two new love seats and broke several other items. They did not reimburse us a dime. This company does not care about customer service as we had to pay their delivery driver the remaining balance before they would start to unload our furniture. They only took cash or certified funds so there was no recourse. You file a claim and then you get nothing but the big run around. I would recommend staying away from this company. Nothing as changed so I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. They cannot break your stuff if they don't move it.

Do not do any business with Viper Moving and Storage. They will rip you off. These people are unprofessional and untrustworthy.

VERY BAD moving company!! Scam operation on fees by increasing prices during pick up. MISSING ITEMS upon delivery., inept movers, unprofessional, and they rarely answer their phones to report a complaint. Today I filed complaint with FMCSA (Fed Govt), along with filed claims with their insurance carriers. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS MOVNG COMPANY!!

PIRATES!! They deserve to be turned over to the authorities and charged with extortion and destruction of property. I will be contacting the Attorney General's office of CA, and seeking a refund. They destroyed and ripped off at least 85% of our belongings. Not to mention giving a low estimate over the internet and phone, and after the truck was half loaded, when they knew we were on a time frame, and saw that my husband was handicapped, they refused to take more, until we called ''his boss' and re-negotiated the amount to be paid. We started with a quote of 1300. then 3000. for 800 cubic feet, then $5000. was the final figure agreed upon. After four hours, they still refused to finish taking our remaining belongings. I had to rent a truck, take the items that were remaining, pay more guys to move it, and pay a storage unit in LA, long after we moved out of state, and then pay someone else to bring it to us 8 months later. Our complete household was left on a loading dock in LA, the only rain of the year happened that day, and was 2.5 inches. Our things were delivered 2 weeks later, molded, wet, and what couldn't mold was damaged and ruined and broken. (Including 4 new Bicycles)The guys who picked up our things watched us pack my husband's Mitchell and Ness Hardwood Classic jersey collection...that box never made it at all. They also lied, and said that they do not use subcontractors. They do. Buy your own insurance. It turns out not to be worth what they put you through. They pay .60 a lb military weight, while asking the client who suffered the loss, to photo document everything and state the age, and give two valued estimates for each item, and then will not allow emailed photos, so that you must pay someone to print out all of your photos after already having your things ruined. There is much more, but who has time? NEVER consider this company for anything other than an investigation and a lawsuit. VERY BAD UNETHICAL COMPANY. I hope this post saves another family from horrible experience and loss.

I was quoted for 1200 dollars but when they showed up not only were they extremely rude but they refused to take my thing for 1200 dollars instead they charged me 8000 dollars. I had no choice but to pay that ridiculous price I was promised a two day delivery but when my things were not at my storage unit I called them and they said it wouldn't be there in 10 days. I would have given them zero stars. It is a tarable service. I would not say enough bad things about it. They are lieyers and they are all rude.

Horrible. Terrible. The worst. Tragic. And more.... So horrible that I've gotten my lawyers involved. The worst service possibly ever. Don't waste your hard earned money with a company who could care less about service, professionalism, customer experience, and convience.
