Very friendly and helpful! The website isn’t always up to date, but that’s a fault of the Walgreens online system, not the pharmacy. Confirmed my notifications setting and I always receive text and email notifications if my refills will be put back when I take too long to pick up, or when my refills are ready.

Considering the customers that they get, the staff is friendly and the store gives a great shopping experience!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! DO NOT use this pharmacy, they are not to be trusted. Nasty-ass customer service, registers always broken, mismanaged prescriptions, overcharged for items I didnt need because of inept pharmacy staff. No experts at this location. Buyer Beware of this place.

Can't go in here anymore. It's a playground for the drug users and dealers who've taken over this area. Last time I walked in a guy was leaning near the entry relieving himself, in full view. Walgreens security nowhere to be found.

As a regular shopper at various retail outlets, I recently had the opportunity to explore Walgreens as my go-to convenience store. While the pharmacy's widespread presence and easy accessibility were certainly appealing, I couldn't help but notice that convenience came at a substantial cost. Here's my take on Walgreens and why I find it to be an expensive shopping option.Overpriced Everyday Essentials:One of the most significant downsides of shopping at Walgreens is the marked-up prices on everyday essentials. From personal care items to household supplies, the prices at Walgreens consistently rank higher compared to other supermarkets and discount stores. It's disheartening to see essential items, which can be found at significantly lower prices elsewhere, cost more here.Limited Discounts and Deals:While Walgreens does offer occasional sales and promotions, the overall discounting strategy seems lackluster when compared to its competitors. Other stores often have more attractive deals, loyalty programs, or reward systems that genuinely benefit regular customers. Unfortunately, at Walgreens, such opportunities to save are few and far between.Prescription Medication Costs:The pharmacy section at Walgreens is undeniably one of its strong points. However, it is essential to note that even prescription medications may come with a heftier price tag here. While convenience and accessibility are crucial factors for those in immediate need, it might be wise to explore other pharmacies and medical outlets for more competitive pricing in the long run.Limited Store Brand Options:Walgreens does have its own store brand products, which are generally cheaper than name brands. However, the selection of these products is relatively limited, and customers often end up paying extra for branded goods. A more extensive and affordable store brand range would significantly improve the overall shopping experience.Competing Stores Offer Better Value:One cannot ignore the fact that numerous retail chains and discount stores offer a more budget-friendly shopping experience. Whether it's in terms of groceries, household items, or personal care products, the competition consistently outperforms Walgreens in terms of affordability. In conclusion, while Walgreens undeniably excels in terms of accessibility, store layout, and pharmacy services, the overall shopping experience is marred by its high prices. If convenience is your top priority and you're willing to pay a premium for it, Walgreens might be a suitable option. However, for those seeking to make the most of their hard-earned money, exploring other alternatives may be a more prudent choice.

This pharmacy is awful. The staff is rude and incompetent. This is not just 1 employee, but many and based off many visits. They suck

Friendly, but very unreliable. Sometimes they tell you by text or email and order is ready, and sometimes they don't. The "Status" on their web page doesn't bother to tell you little things like "Waiting for doctor's approval", "Returned to stock because you didn't pick up." Sometimes they give you a partial fill and never text you when the remainder is ready, but show on their web page that your order has been completed. Sometimes you go to pick up one order and they don't bother telling you that other orders are ready.

This Walgreens literally never has what I need. I’m prescribed an allergy medicine inhaler to treat asthma, and every time I go in, they don’t have it and I have to wait and come back in later. I’m working full time and in grad school full time, I don’t have time to keep coming back here for the meds I need to BREATHE. Can’t wait to move and be closer to a different pharmacy.

ZERO stars needed to be 100% accurate on this review!!!!!!! After being with Rite Aid (best pharmacy ever my opinion) for 10+ years they closed and prescriptions were automatically transferred to Walgreens. Unfortunately, they are a disaster and unprofessional! They have screwed up my prescriptions refills for the last time! They lied about how many (3mth refills) was given. Not to mention the back and forth with a pharmacy assistant. Numerous phone calls for them to state they "looked" a the tape and I received all my prescriptions. BS!!!!!! After about a week went it to talk to someone (because store/pharmacy was closed) to find out my prescriptions had been there the whole time! Right there on the shelf! SERIOUSLY? YOUR KIDDING ME, RIGHT? Beyond frustrated and extremely shocked at their practices, I've transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy!!! Unfortunately, they are giving my new pharmacy the run around on a specific medication ( been on for 10+yrs) isn't in there system/ my profile to transfer. WTF... Give me a break Walgreens!!! I'm currently working with a friendly staff member at my new pharmacy, to fix YOUR issues. Do some research folks. Walgreens isn't the nightmare you would ever want!!!!!! Hello new welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful new pharmacy. GOOD RIDDANCE WALGREENS DO BETTER!

Thank you Tanya, the manager, for walking me to my car today. There was a stupid guy following me around and after I screamed at him, she quickly found us in the isle and intervened. She was so sweet and graciously insisted on walking me to my car. It was 9 in the morning by the way. Ladies, always be ready to stand up for yourselves and thank you to the employees who help protect us as well.

I wish i could give zero stars. This Walgreens pharmacy is consistently mismanaged and has been for well over a year. Wether they are not adding auto renewal after being asked, failing to provide prompt service, dead naming you, or using any rules they can to be petty among numerous other problems it would be in your best interest NOT to use them. It is down right frightening that they are allowed to deal out life saving medication. Walgreens should just shut this location down because they are horrendous.

I dropped my disposable camera off on December 7, and the photo department said it would be ready for pick up on December 14. They also gave me a customer reciept stating it would be ready for pick up on 12/14. I get there on the 14th, and the photo department said that my photos weren't ready, to come back on December 16. I called them on the 16th, Spoke to Karen , and she says that my disposable camera has not been picked up for development. And that she would have UPS pick it up that day (12/16) i asked her why they would lie to me when I showed up on the 14th for pick up and She wasn't sure why. I left it alone and went home. I called back today, December 20, just to make sure that my disposable camera was sent out for development. I asked them if they misplaced my camera, and Brianna said she wasn't sure. So then I asked to speak to a manager which I was put on hold for. Jessica answers while she's laughing with another coworker in the background, I wait for about 10 seconds and then she finally says HELLO. I asked if she was a manager and she said no, then I asked her to transfer me to one, she then transfers me back to Brianna. Brianna then tells me that she is the manager for this location. I let her know that I'm well aware that she is not the manager, and that she only works in the photo department. Then she says... WELL MY MANAGER ISN'T IN TODAY . So I hung up and decided to call consumer relations so that I can file a proper complaint. I understand that it's the holidays, so I was expecting there to be some form of delay if they had to send my disposable camera out for development. What I don't appreciate is being lied to. I have a customer receipt stating that if I don't pick up my pictures within 30 days from the delivery date(12/14), they would be tossing it all. I asked them how they would go about it since it's already the 20th, they're not sure where my camera is, they're not sure if it was sent outa don't why can't give me a delivery days cause there is no proof on their end(this is way at they both said) Seems like Brianna and Jessica are more concerned with hanging out with one another, and to laugh at their own ignorance. they seriously suck and should not be working in customer service at all.

my husband went in today to buy a blood pressure cuff. since they are all behind lock and key he asked for someone to unlock the cabinet. after waiting 15 minutes and asking for help again no one came so he left. i stayed in the car while he was inside and witnessed several drug deals taking place. lousy service and unsafe location-will never go there again.
