On 03012023 enter the Walgreen store 24st and florin to purchase an lobster prepaid card. The back of the card in the entire row, the strips in back of them ripped off. So if you load the card informants have your pin and card number code in back of card to spin consumers hard earn money.

Rude employees. Went in to return a package today, and Tyrone I think his name was with braids probably not older than 28 clearly didn't know what customer service was. Not only was he short with me regarding the process in which it took for my package to be sent out, but he seemed like he was annoyed by any question I was trying to ask about my package... Weird! Why work in customer service if u don't know how to treat customers. If he keeps up with the attitude he had today, he will never progress pass his current job.

Ordered online and picked up curbside. To my surprise, within like 2 mins they had my order ready for pick up! Like I literally just ordered from the app & it was ready! Also pick up was fast! I parked curbside, checked in and within a minute, they brought my purchase out! Do beware that the numbers for the curbside pick up spot wasn't there unlike some other location which can be confusing when selecting which lot you're in.I also ordered from two other locations besides this one and they were an 1 hr or more to get my order ready & it took them quite awhile to bring out my items.Overall, I'd definitely shop at this location again only for curbside pick up if the item I need isn't available elsewhere.This spot looks busy and has questionable people around it so I wouldn't shop in store but curbside should be fine but I wouldn't pick up during nighttime though.The four stars is for the fast customer service for curbside pick up & quick online order fulfillments for pick ups. -1 star because the employee never asked to confirm who was picking up the order, instead she just gave me the item which is a big deal! Also, I've never been inside and might never go inside. So I'm not going to rate it, however outside the store front/parking lot looks dirty along with questionable people around so 2/5.

I had not stepped foot in this Walgreens ever.. today was the first time. The cashier did not know how to use their register.. he called his manager "rue" or ro.. can't remember her name.. (Indian lady) she was rude! Obviously hated her job.. had no customer service what so ever! I could understand the attitude if I was being rude.. but I was soo polite.. even after her disgusting behavior! I decided not to bring my business here or purchase my items. As they could not properly treat their customers. One of the ladies on the floor was really sweet though! She gets the 1 star! I understand this Walgreens is not in the best neighborhood.. sooo perhaps that had something to play with their attitude.. but not really my problem!

I was so disrespected had to carry 3 24 case water. Two folks at register rude and no help. This store SUCKS on respecting and treating older customers I don't even want to give 1 star. Management horrible

This store has the worst service ever. I ordered a COVID test on line and paid because the website said it was in stock. I went to the drive through. They couldn't find my order. I went to the drive up pick up area -- was told I have to go in the store. In store, i was told my order was cancelled -- no evidence of cancellation -- no email, no text, nothing in store to show my paid order was canceled. I asked why they wouldn't notify someone who needed a COVID test. They said, "if you have COVID, you shouldn't be in the store," more evidence that they do not hire mental giants. Then, they offered to sell me a substitute for what I had already paid for. Old grannies like me rarely say, "shove it up your ass," but I wanted to.

Tjeu are in the business of taking money from kids! Went in Saturday with my grandkids they wanted buy 2 game cards, my grandkids only had enough for 1 so theu cashier basically charged for one and gave us the wrong one, I went into the store today with my receipt and the so call manager at the time said she reviewed the cameras and said my grand son got the other card, she only saw what she wanted to see because she didn't see that I purchased alpt of things right afterwords! Bottom line theu took $25 from a 6th grader and accused them of stealing! So I went to their Competitors and got one, they lost a regular customer!

Certainly not my drug store of choice. It's in a heavily trafficked area, attracts a lot of undesirables and the service and selection I've received are both subpar. In short, if it's at least a decent Walgreens experience you're looking for, look elsewhere. I've stopped in several times over the years when I'm in the area. On my most recent visit, I came in looking for some basic supplies and found only two of the four items I was seeking on their shelves. When I had a question about their selection, I was unable to locate an employee to help me and found the lone employee on the floor handling a long line at the counter. This problem is endemic in Walgreens stores and this location is no exception.There was also an issue with a man screaming and wandering the aisles. His presence He was obviously mentally ill and his presence alone is not the fault of Walgreens, but the lone employee who was already overwhelmed and an immediate absence of security showed they are wholly unprepared for difficult clientele.

They really don't know what they're doing.. I came in to do a quick FedEx drop off. The instructions said bring the box sealed and have them scan the barcode on your phone. I brought it in and waited five minutes at the photo counter before they called someone over then I waited another 10 minutes before somebody came out of the back looked at my box then went back in the back and got a higher up who came out and looked at my box and said no this is not for here. When I literally showed him the address for the drop off was that location. Very dismissive And not convenient at all. Avoid this place.

Horrible customer service from one of the front cashiers. This girls needs to learn some good customer service! Smile at least or handle back your receipt in a nice way smh! Thankfully I don't shop here often.

In drive thru called 1st told person on the phone exaclty what my prescription said ..... Get to window total different story now waiting to see if they can even fill it.... I told her i was paying i know my medical doesnt cover it ...... Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Im watching though the window she doesnt even know how to work the phone someone had to help her :(!!! Nancy made it a point to tell me my prescription is a controlled med..... Stop judging me i have medical problems thats why my doctor gave me the prescription.

This pharmacy staff goes beyond their duties to help customers. It took the pharmacist almost a week of daily calls to get my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. She did not give up. I needed my meds and she was going to see that I got them. Very happy with all the pharmacy staff.

The pharmacy here cannot be trusted. I've been picking up my medication here every month for the past 6 months. So far I've never had an issue until now. The pharmacy didn't give me all of my medication this time. I'm suppose to get 30 pouches but the box the medicine came in was already opened and only half of the pouches were left inside. I discovered this when I got into my car and immediately went back into the store to let them know. The pharmacy refused to give me my full medication and claimed since I left the store they couldn't verify if the order was incomplete which is odd considering they were the ones who prepared it. I told them to check their cameras because I wasn't in my car for more than 20 seconds. I even told them to check my car if they didn't believe me. When I asked to speak to a manager this old lady with a harsh tone tells me nothing can be done but she could try calling the manufacturer to see if they could do something. More than a week goes by and no one calls me. I go back to the pharmacy and they tell me nothing can be done again. I tell them to check their cameras and I also demand to know who prepared my order but the manager tells me they never found anything. So how exactly do they keep their workers responsible in case one of their workers decides to steal? They don't even seem apologetic or remorseful about it which really bothered me. I go back to my doctor (whom I have to pay to see) and tell him I'm suffering because I don't have any more medication. My doctor is outraged so he calls them and sure enough I am able to get my medication but this time I request to pick it up from a different Walgreens that is farther away. I'll never go back to this pharmacy because the manager here is rude, incompetent and lacks basic communication skills. They cannot be trusted. Period.

Lousy service. I transferred and Rx here from CVS. Attempted to call and ask if they had the generic brand, which was released the day before. The name brand was going to be $300.00. Ruth picked up the phone and was very terse, stating that, "No we do not have the generic." Her tone was very matter of fact and annoyed. I was getting ready to ask when the generic would be in and she had already proceeded to hang up, which logically would have been the question she should have anticipated. She could've said, "No we do not, and we don't have an estimated date for arrival..." or "...but we are getting it in one month." Nope. Just rudeness, instead. Went to the generic manufacturers website and found out that they distribute the medication online using a new app-based online pharmacy. Transferred my prescription from Walgreens to them and would you believe it? My total out of pocket cost is$5 and the shipping is free. No longer a Walgreens customer.

I am very upset and this is the worst experience I have had with any retailer. I made my first order for the 2x2 cube ornament for pick up at the store on 250 Florin Rd Sacramento CA 95831. It said it would be done by 4:02 so I called around 4:05 and did not reach anyone in photo center. Since I was heading that way, I thought I would just stop in. I got there around 415 and after I grabbed a greeting card I went to the photo center. The employee walked passed me and I stood there for about 3-4 minutes while he was in the area where the chips were. Finally I pushed the button since obviously he didn't want to acknowledge that I was there. He comes and asks for my name and I give him my name. He looks and doesn't see my order so he goes to the back. Then comes back around and he had this look on his face like he was unsure of what to say next. I had a feeling the order was never even started on. So then I asked what happened because it said it would be done by 4:02 and he stated that he just got back from his break. I told him I ordered it an hour ago. So he then says that he hasn't looked at the orders in awhile. Why couldn't he have stated that instead of trying to make excuses as to why my order wasn't done. Then he says that it would be his first time doing it so it will take awhile. I'm guessing since he had not done it before, he probably saw my order and ignored it. Then he says it's a new item and goes in the back and then says they haven't received the item yet. What great customer service you have for being a lead, Tom. The second order I put in was for the store at 1420 meadow view rd Sacramento ca 95822. It said it would be done by 7:33 so I called around 7:45. I was transferred twice to the photo center before reaching someone who indicated that he was a manager working the department and he was a photo tech before. Not sure why he had to tell me that but he said he had not started on my order because he had a 300 print he had to do first. I told josh I would call back and check in. I called around 930 and again I was transferred twice before he picked up. He stated that he hasn't been in the photo center much because he had a lot of alcohol purchases. Not sure why he told me that either because I have no idea what that has to do with him since I'm not a manager at Walgreens. He then states that it should be done in the morning. I asked for the number to corporate since I've had to 3 different stores bullshitting with me. At first he said he didn't know it so I asked again, so you can't get me the number to corporate? Then that's when he said he will look for it. I also put in an order at the store on 7155 24th st Sacramento CA 95822. It said it would be done by 8:56 so I called around 9:03. I was told that no one was in the photo center at the moment and to call back in a few minutes. So I called back after 15 minutes and I was transferred 4 times before getting to someone in the photo center. She asked for my name then she puts me on hold. She comes back on and states that they are out of 4x6 photo paper and has to wait until they get some in so my order will not be done until tomorrow. I asked her what that has to do with my order because I ordered a cube ornament. Then she puts me on hold again and states that she doesn't see my order and that there isn't anyone working in the photo center. Seems like a lot of the bad reviews are for the photo center. They need to figure out their issues. What a horrible experience for a same-day pick up item. This item meant a lot to me because last night, we had to put down our dog. I wanted this item to give to my partner so she has something to smile about. If it didn't mean so much maybe I wouldn't be as upset but this was the worst experience that I've had to deal with. I've always chose to shop at Walgreens over any other competitor but this has definitely changed my perspective of this company. I w
