The absolute worst. Called the pharmacy and was on hold for 15+ minutes for them to literally hang up on me. Then went to pick up my rx in the drive thru and it took an hour. One of the refills wasn't done with no explanation. They just didn't do it. No reason. Stay the F away.

Worst location you can even image wrong information over the phone and then rudeness on top of rudeness Jessica gave wrong info over phone and then in person !!!!! Horrible horrible

Service is terrible clerks and Pharmacist totally ignore you. Very unfriendly and not trained well. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Very unusual atmosphere. I stopped in around 1:00 pm on 16 May 2023. stockers we're at the second or third aisle from the left in back freely slinging the "F" word while blocking the aisle as the " kinda" stocked. not much I the line of offering assistance either. I think it was quite obvious that I couldn't find what I was looking for and it took me, one of only about three customers, to ask. Maybe it's the area? Had bad service at the one off Broadway near the Tower a few weeks back, so maybe they are both managed by the same people. Either way, I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Two female workers were talking in the aisle @1:50 05/06/23 I stood there and waited for them to finish the conversation. They continued to talked and ignored me standing there, until I left then they turned to look at me. I was just here to get some medicine so I went to the front and asked my question the man up front answered the question. I think I'll be sending my medicine somewhere else from now on. Honestly I just had a quick question one of them could have answered it an I could have been doing what I need to do a lot quicker just an inconvenience to come here.

The shelves are very bare. You'd swear there's some unknown apocalypse is happening when you visit that store. Everything has been picked over. I wasted a trip there due to the website informing me that a specific item was stocked. LIES

I was headed to a girlfriends brunch and received a call from the host, that the chef forgot to bring a spice. I was a block or so from Walgreen's and figured they'd have basic seasonings (I shop the Walgreens brand often, but had never done so for spices). The event started in an hour and since I was in a hurry, I entered the store and immediately asked the cashier where the spice isle was. Quickly grabbed my item (yay) and headed to checkout. A customer needed help in Health and Beauty, and the automated announcement alerted the staff 4-5 times, no one did a thing. There was one person at the first register (either on break or not started shift yet), but it was so odd to staff at the cashier station, head buried in phone, with people in line and the help alert continuing to go off. Perhaps things have changed but when I worked retail many moons ago, we weren't on the floor much less at a work station, if not working. The young lady that checked me out is the same person who told me where the spices were (which I appreciate, thank you!). Literally a second after completing my transaction, she picked up her phone and started texting. I must be really, really old because again, back in my day we could not have devices on the work floor and certainly not in plain sight, while servicing customers. I didn't see a security guard but I'm confident there are cameras in the store, which means management has had to observe these behaviors at some point.

HORRIBLE pharmacy staff. Caused me to be off my medication for OVER A MONTH, and couldn't care less. Do NOT send prescriptions here. The attitude and actions show they could not care less about the health and medication needs of customers/patients. Here's what happened to me:1. They received my prescription for a controlled substance2. They notified me they couldn't fill it and asked me to call. 3. I call and they VERY rudely tell me they can't fill the prescription because I'm a new patient and give me zero options to fix it. When I ask for what to do, they frustratedly tell me it's not their problem and for me to figure it out. 4. They bill my insurance ANYWAY, making it look like I got my meds, so I couldn't get my prescription filled anywhere else after my doctor sent out a new prescription to a Rite Aid, because they made it look like they filled it for me, and charging me and my insurance for it. 5. After weeks of figuring this out and untangling this, I speak to the same rude woman who blows me off dismissively, interrupting me and telling me to essentially screw off because my doctor's office finally got them to cancel the prescription, and treated me like I was an unreasonable nuisance for calmly and politely describing my situation and asking for an update. The attitude is "why the hell are you bothering me? Why don't you know the highly specialized information I know? I could not care less about your medical needs of health risks". I will never go here again.

I was there Monday 09/12/22 between 8 and 8:30 to receive a western union transaction, I did told the lady and the guy who are works there that I'm recieving money they told me complete everything on the kiosk I spent almost 30 minutes and after I finished they told me we don't give money you need to go to another place I went to Walgreens on Estren and Arden and they told me we don't give money why they sent you here then I came back to this horrible place and the lady was Rud she was saying we don't do receiving I have asked here you should have told me this and till everybody the western union system is not working she said if you want complain about this to anyone you want here, I am complaining about this horrible customer service and will call someone tomorrow to complain as well this is not acceptable.

I know this place already has enough bad reviews, and the woman who eventually came to help was nice, but this truly was a zero star experience. Waited almost an hour in the drive thru with just me and one other car and no one came to the window, even though we could see them inside. I even went inside at one point to make sure they weren't actually closed. Inside I found just two other customers, also waiting a really long time with no greeting, while the workers inside just shuffled back and forth, occasionally talking with one another, doing work but not acknowledging anyone in the store or checking the drive thru. Eventually went back to the car, managed to pull up to the window where I was told they had not printed out my testing confirmation for my appointment and would need to do that now. Waited another 15 minutes only to be told that the printers don't really work and it would most likely be another 40 minutes before I would be helped. The pharmacist even suggested herself that I should probably go to a different Walgreens because this one is so slow. So I guess I will. Or try CVS or something.

If you can go ANYWHERE else...DO IT. My first experience over the phone in a professional light (as a Hospice RN) left a bad taste in my mouth. The female tech/pharmacist was SOOOO RUDE. I can't even imagine a sick person having to deal with such behavior! I can definitely see the reason for an overall rating of 2 stars. I took my business elsewhere. Step it up, Walgreens. Sounds like you need to do some house cleaning and find better staff!
