I hope Lauren gets fired. Rude, terrible customer service. I asked for assistance with checking my photos since I have been waiting for 3/4 weeks for my camera. She declined looking for my photos under my first name since I know accidents happens. I asked for my assistance with looking them up she didn’t know any thing or how to answer any question. Another customer came up and asked where is an item and she screamed “what” with an attitude. Informed the manager and she had not care either.

The pharmacy use to be good. Now it is terrible. They never have enough staff and the wait time for prescriptions is unacceptable. Making you wait for hours. They told me that they are busy. Done with this pharmacy.

Cashier had the worst customer service ever. I purchased items and she was careless about my items at checkout. She needs additional customer service training. I called the store and requested to speak to store manager and of course they stated store manager was not in until Friday which is three days from today. No wonder the staff there has no customer skills. Go to CVS instead.

The Pharmacists were very helpful. Got me coupons and a discount so I could afford the medicines I needed. Great sense of care for the people. Thank you whoever was on duty this morning. ?

Rude rude rude. And don't even try to ask them for the restroom code, they will not give you one even if you buy some thing. They will give you their BS excuse that it is out of order.

Terrible store. im here for shopping with my kids at this store. I need to use the bathroom so badly, so i ask the stores people to keypad the door so i can use the bathroom. There were 3 bathrooms, but they said all bathroom was broke down. they told me to go use the fast-food bathroom. I STOP everything and walk out.
