It’s always something here.. today it’s a Line of 7 people waiting to check out with no one helping guests, the girl at the photo counter keeps calling for manager assistance or anyone to help but she is left alone.. been waiting for 10 min to pay .. others are just walking out with there stuff where are the employees?

I came to pick up my eyedrops for pinkeye and I asked if I could get it asap because I need to get to work and I was told no I need to wait 2 hours no one else was waiting and they were just mean. Kelly is black and she said she would do her best.

Tried to transfer for my prescriptions and the pharmacy had the rudest tone and attitude, then hung up in my face.

If it weren’t Kelly this place would not be getting good reviews. Had a horrible experience with another associate picking up my pictures. Kelly was nice and sweet and made my experience way better.

Why are you closed at 9:30pm and your website says a different time. STOP playing with people time. Your the only store in that area, STOP BSing.

Violet (shift lead) was unfriendly and showed poor customer service skills. Didn't listen to my concern and definitely didn't show care. She would benefit from additional training and perhaps being removed from customer facing roles.

This pharmacy is the worst, I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t the closest pharmacy to my house. Rudest staff. Slowest staff. Why does it take so long to fill a prescription?! And why does the drive through line take so long? I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. Oh I know why, because I’ve pulled up to the window several times and can see a few of them huddled together looking at something on one of their cell phones. They ignore you. So then you hit the call button and none of them budge, someone else picks up the phone and tells you it will be a minute until they can get to you. What in the world?! You’d think with so many bad reviews on here saying the same things over and over about the pharmacy staff’s slowness and rudeness and unprofessionalism that upper management would address these issues. But I’ve been coming here, unfortunately, for almost 3 years and no improvements. Thankfully we are moving soon.

terrible service from violet . she keeps staring at me and my friends while we're just sniffing candles . she also tries to snatch stuff from our hands and puts it back then continues to stare at us. there were people fighting in the store and she just stopped us from sniffing some candles.

I went to this Walgreens on my lunch break, they let this elderly couple in with a dog. while waiting in line to buy my Gatorade the elderly couples dog started peeing all over the end caps and not one employee noticed not even the one checking them out. then while taking forever to check out another employee came to open up a second register and instead telling the next person in line they grabbed the last person in line to help them. OBLIVIOUS STAFF, NO STANDARDS. AND JUST A GROSS ESTABLISHMEN.

Severely understaffed, no one ever available in the photo department. Waited 10 min on hold just to be told they would call me back and then never called back. Photos weren’t done at the time they said they would be. They printed them when I got to the store after waiting for someone to show up to the counter for 15 min.
