I was getting prescription at Walgreens on Stockton blvd, they closed and sent me to CVS, whats up with that, my scripts are messed up now, I hope I have better luck at Arden and Eastern, I think I should have been directed to another Walgreens not a CVS

worst worst worst pharmacy i have ever seen in my whole life . Its not pharmacy it garbage and their staff speacially pharmacist is very rude as hell . She dont have manner how to talk with patients. Like why walgreens hired such workers who dont know how to deal with people. Studpid , nonsense

This pharmacy is the WORST. THEY CAN NOT DO THEIR JOB and are always understaffed. On multiple occasions, I've come to pick up and waited in line, had to leave because I ran out of time. When you call, they never pick up and then just disconnect the phone call.

This location has been steadily deteriorating over the past few years. It is a clean store, but customer service is oftentimes lacking.

Understaffed. No one picks up the phone other than to tell you to hold. Prescriptions aren’t filled until you go in person to ask for them but of course takes a few hours more to get them. Plus usually a partial fill because not enough to serve all of their customers. Then if you try to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy they don’t respond to the new pharmacy’s transfer order so you end up stuck there.

Don’t do it, go to any other pharmacy. They are understaffed like crazy. They keep you on hold for over 40 minutes, and then they hang up on you. I wonder what happens to the older people without transportation.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND CALL THIS PHARMACY!!! They never answer their phones, you’ll stand in line for a decade. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!

I recently visited this location and found a lines at the register and photo section. There was only one employee named Fatima, but she handled everything amazingly. She ran back and forth between the two areas, helping everyone with a smile. Despite the busy store, she stayed calm and made sure everyone got what they needed.

The pharmacy's customer service continues to decline. This location at 4200 Arden way is possibly the worst pharmacy ever existed. The staff and the pharmacist/s are rude and non-responsive. If I could give it zero star I would have done that.

Worst place to get prescription. Waiting for a least 45 min just to hang up on 2 . I did that 2 times. They are super busy all the time. Find a different farmacy
