The entire staff at 4331 antelope road are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate. With All the transfers, I have witnessed some really angry customers not realizing they are doing a great job handling this overload and yet your entire staff always showed compassion. Customer service is a trying career. You have done an amazing job hiring the right staff. I personally have thanked each and everyone. They need to be recognized for their outstanding, amazing service. Thank you Walgreens and the entire staff. I feel very blessed to be a Walgreens customer and it's because of your staff.

When buying discounted items make sure you get the correct price. Otherwise you’ll be paying regular prices instead the discounted price.

Never have I had so many problems EVERY time I try to fill my prescription. In the last six months I have had a total of 1 month of missed time on my meds because somebody didn't fill the order or somebody lost the order or somebody in the pharmacy forgot to order the drug. I have been forced to ration my medication causing some secondary health issues. This place is very poorly managed. I work in Healthcare so I understand, but you should never have to call at least 5 times and still have not received my meds 8 days after the avaliable pickup date and 15 days after the order was sent. Then told that it might be available tomorrow ( Friday), if not you will have to wait til Monday. That is also what they said that last weekend.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever! Can't get a straight answer on automated voice-mail to find out if my RX is ready, and then to speak to a live pharmacist is a nightmare...it drops the call! RX to be filled shouldn't have to take 5 hours from the time the Dr's office faxed the initial prescription to Walgreens! There's something very fishy going on at this pharmacy or all Walgreens pharmacies in general! Maybe that's why my first Walgreens closed for being inefficient and incompetent! And when you come in person to this location, they are really great at ignoring you, not even an acknowledgement or friendly "Hello, I will be with you shortly, " No, you need to be the one to flag them down because they are pretending to work hard, or is it "hardly working?"

I do not think they have a pharmacy department, it was just the plan. We cannot get family out of hospital for the third time, because they will not release unless Prescriptions are filled.

Disgraceful service… had an appointment and still had to wait 1.5hr for immunization. The staff are not nice and cannot handle the number of customers they have. Poor management and ridiculous service

The pharmacy is the WORST. They take forever to fill prescriptions, then when they are ready, the line to get them takes forever, too. I went to urgent care and they sent over some meds at 10:30 a.m. and said it would be about an hour. An hour came and went, so I rested because of being sick. When I woke up, I still didn't have any notification of it being ready. I finally convinced myself to call at 3:30 (hate the phone) and asked if the clinic sent over the prescription. Lady said yes, there were 2 and they would be ready in half an hour. I waited, no notification (usually get a call/email). Finally went over there at 5:30 and said I'd been waiting all day. The girl said, "we just got it not that long ago" and I said, "I called 2 hours ago and the person said it would be ready in 30 minutes." Then she has the nerve to say, "Who did you talk to? It wasn't me." So what?! And nobody answers the phone saying their name, so how was I to know who I was talking to. Listen, don't gaslight me and lie to my face.

Pharmacy is listed with a lunch break 1:30-2pm on the phone service, and in the store it's listed as 1:30-2:15pm...it's 2:25pm and they said they must be taking a longer lunch break. This is ridiculous. They can't coordinate their schedules in different shifts to cover for their customers? Or at least keep the times they have listed. Rude and not respecting the customers time.

This Walgreens has gone downhill! Very rude cashiers all of them specially the one with all the piercings on her face! She gives bad customer service. What happened to the old cashiers friendly and helpful. Walgreens train your employees or this store is going to go down. I could give you a zero star if I could for the rude cashier with all the piercings in her face! She needs to be trained how to be nice!

Walgreens is mostly a convenience store for me as I use another pharmacy - this store is always stocked, clean, and I have always had exceptional customer service. You can even order on the Walgreens app to pick it up!
