I purchased a vacuum and leaf blower on 12/12. Today 12/14 I opened the leaf blower box to do yard work and it was empty. Came back to walmart to return the box for a refund and they refused to assist. I should not have to take a loss for them selling me an empty box.Customer service will only provide a address to corporate no phone number or email contact.Boycotting Walmart! Livid!

Margore is the WORST manager I've EVER seen in my life! Everytime I see her she doesn't smile. I asked her can I order a item for pick up she told me yea then I asked her to help me with ordering the item for pick up and she tells me to say please. I definitely got out of Character at that point. I returned my item to later find out by a sweet lady that's not even a manager that I can't even order the item online! I'm so beyond frustrated. She should definitely be Demoted or Fired.

This Walmart in Natomas is one of the worst in the Sacramento area for many reasons. The shopping center where it is located is one of the reasons. The parking lot is tough to get in and out of and is always super crowded. I usually get into a bad mood at the parking lot before I can even go inside the store. Also, by some reason, the people who get out of their car will always walk in the middle of the road. The checkout lines at this Walmart have a very long line all the time. There are many Walmarts in Sacramento. This is one of them I try to avoid!

This location definitely lives up to its 1.5 star rating. Let's start off by entering the building and there's a big puddle of vomit right in the front. Everything of value is locked up- which is to be expected nowadays. BUT, it's necessary to have people on staff with keys to unlock the cases. I waited alongside another customer for over 20 mins to get an item out of the locked case. At least 5 associates told us they didn't have the key and not one offered any assistance. I finally called the store from my cell phone and spoke with someone who said they would send someone over. About 5 minutes later, an associate with a key showed up and helped the additional 4 customers who had gathered waiting to select their items. Went through self checkout which was quick and easy. And guess what? About 30 mins later, the vomit puddle was still there. Unacceptable.

We don't stop here often and I'm reminded why every time I do. The parking lot is usually packed and that translates into a packed store too. I tend to feel claustrophobic anytime I visit. Do the aisles seem closer together than they used to be?On our last visit we were picking up some candy for a little event and while we were able to navigate the store and get through the self checkout pretty easily, I was sad to find multiple packs of candy I picked were stale. You don't think of candy going bad, but when you bite into a gummy candy and find it hard to chew (when it should be soft) it's a bit of a letdown. I also noticed on my last visit that a lot of items, especially in the personal hygiene section seem to be locked up. It's tough that they're having issues with shoplifting to the point of doing that, but personally that would keep me from buying them altogether from here and going to Amazon or Target instead.

I am a regular Walmart shopper and this is the WORST Walmart by far. It is the one closest to my house and I will avoid it at all costs. It had been years since I been and don't remember it being so bad. The set up is weird. the aisles are like a maze instead of just simple rows. The food is right in the middle of the housewares section. Shelves are empty with broken items. The aisles seem very close together and congested with massive people. Practically the ENTIRE pharmacy section is under lock and key and you have to ask someone to get stuff out for you. I remember asking about this at another location and they told me that it is determined high theft items so it varies from store to store. I was waiting with another customer and I told him this. He says, " But For TUMS? All I want is a roll of TUMS. People steal TUMS????" so that right there tells you something. Then the cashiers are not the best. Guy charged me for 3 bags when I told him I only needed 2. I tried to warn him before he punched it in and alas no. So then I pay for it and he says oh wait, let me get a manager for your ten cents. It ain't worth my time to wait but seriously could have been avoided. By that time, I couldn't wait to get the heck out there. Just Awful. I won't be back unless I am desperate.

Do not buy car batteries at Walmart!! You've been warned!! Walmart sells faulty batteries that don't last. If you pay cash and you don't have your receipt after say 3 years of owning the battery and it's a 5 year battery? They won't exchange your defective battery!! You have to buy a new one!! If you bought the battery on a major credit card or bank card that might save you. But If you had to close the card for some odd reason 3 years prior after your purchase of your battery. Walmart still won't exchange your battery even if it's under warranty. Save yourself the big headache and buy from an actual automotive store of your choice.. Walmart didn't get their nickname Walmart Fall-apart for nothing!! Go elsewhere and buy yourself a quality battery with a good warranty. Walmart has sold me 3 batteries that went bad. One was a 5 year battery it only lasted 3 years. Oh one more thing also .If your battery is on the verge of dying and yet it's barely hanging on they still won't exchange your battery unless it's completely dead, even if it's defective. LOL . Don't waste your hard earned money on Walmart's garbage automotive batteries. They are a big Joke!! Lol.

My house burned down on Christmas, so I came in today to try and buy some basic stuff since I lost everything. I had a gift card for Walmart that still had a couple of dollars on it. When I came to the cashier, I told her I wanted to use my gift card. I tried to use it, but was having a difficult time. I am not tech savvy, I'll admit. That's when the cashier lady started yelling at me. Respectfully, mam, I just lost everything...and I get that the world is supremely indifferent to our woes...but jeez. Like, I get that it sucks to work at Walmart. But that's no reason to yell and get angry. My life sucks too, but you don't see me making everyone around me miserable. I just ended up using my regular card and ran out of there. The worst service ever.

If i could go any lower than 1 star i would..just by a half and I'd only give them a half star because I did find a couple employees very respectful and helpful. Now the reason Im leaving this review is because I personally felt disrespected by a few staff members. Wasn't worried about parking (which is rough). On a Saturday morning/afternoon what would you expect.. when i first went in it was fine..then about halfway through my shopping I encountered the constant "can i help you with something?" Now i do appreciate a helpful employee..but when i say "not yet I'm just looking" and what seemed like the normal employee helpfulness started to seem like they meant something else and I really felt like it when a security guard came and asked if I have been helped.. c'mon like your gonna open anything for me and then ring up my items... borderline harassment. Should have left and took my business to target or anywhere else for that matter but I let it go...I'm shopping for me and my brother so I'm paying for two separate lists of items. I decided to go to self checkout to make it easier for me. After I scanned all my list items i press the pay button and "mysteriously" the computer says i needed assistance..right. neither employee there had a clue what happened. So one decided to ring up my items himself..which i thought was nice.. except i get no bags and i ended up paying twice for something i had to buy from one of the cases..i told him that he said i had to go to customer service..as i was headed that way with two receipts in my hand and not twenty feet from where I just paid i get pulled over by the "very nice" (sarcasm) greeter/boarder patrol. He then gets very aggressive about my receipt after i already told him the first time he asked about my receipt "they're right here" i wasn't trying to be an uncooperative with someone I thought was just doing his job so i handed him my receipts. He then went on to basically go over everything in my cart while the employee who rang me up just stood about 15 feet away watching..like bruh say something you just rang me up. Nothing. After i was leaving i actually saw the guy let person after person walk right by without even the hint of being concerned about they're receipt... i guess this review wouldn't affect everyone because most the people who were behind me were women or a little bit older than me.. which is to say if you're late 30s male and happen to move with purpose when you shop it's quite possible you could end up with the same treatment.

Walmart is one of those places that you hope to find a few great bargains, a clean store, and good customer service. If you're looking for any of the above, or anything comparable, just say next to this location. Located in Natomas area on Truxel, in the Home Depot shopping center. Parking is always a nightmare, as is the store. Always. The store is rarely clean, rarely smells clean, and if you leave feeling like you need to shop elsewhere, you do. I stop here mostly out of last minute need. The store carries a variety of items from home goods, auto, crafts, etc. Employees are unfriendly and nonexistent on the floor for assistance, so go in knowing that if you find someone to help you, it's that unicorn. Their prices like everywhere have increased, but deals can be found from time to time. It is what it is...

The store manager would better train his casher well, and don't let me catch a over-scanned item next time on my receipt.

This place has so much potential that it makes me sad. I have had mixed experiences. Sometimes lines are too long and only 2 check out counters are open. If they start selling fresh produce and fresh meat, they would attract even more people. Prices are great and clearance section is wonderful sometimes. They can get rid of some clothing sections which is always empty when i see.
