I went to the self check out line to purchase items, I noticed there were no bags so I went to another register to get 1 bag and as I'm walking back there is a employee grabbing my items. I tell the employee these are my items and she gets an attitude saying " you ain't gotta talk to me like that", now I'm upset cause all she had to say is sorry I didn't know. I tell her you don't have to get an attitude. Next a plain clothes man comes up to me saying I don't have to talk to her like that. I told him to mind his business he said I'm the manager it is my business. I've always shopped at this ghetto store but I'm good. Customer service means a lot to me where I spend my money and it's obvious that Walmart hires low life people with no sense of customer service skills.

There's 10 employees standing around but nobody can work the customer service counter, not even the manager. They keep saying 15 more minutes every 15 minutes. What a joke

If you'd like to have a terrible shopping experience this is your store! The employees are extremely rude. Sprouts is across the street spend the extra money it's worth it!

This review is about their curbside pickup service. It has been the smoothest pickup experience I've ever had. I cannot say enough about how quick and efficient this service has been for us. We've never had a problem, so far so good. Alex makes the experience a true pleasure. All the perishable products that we've ordered from them have been in great shape. Cold items were still cold when put into the trunk of my car. We will definitely continue using this service.

It's pretty gross and the lines are long. It's the closest to my house and I always dread coming in BUT the silver lining is they have grocery pick up that saves the need to actually go into the store so there is that at least.....

They are ridiculous. I literally just signed the check in line to be prepared and they turned me down saying they don't take sign checks. She just wanted to hurry up and take her break. Since I was the last person in line.

Honestly this place just sucks. The lines are absurdly long and slow at any time of day. Like halfway down the store is normal. The prices aren't even that great anymore, haha Just go to the nearest super Walmart. Which also isn't great but hey at least it's not this place.

COVID VIOLATIONSIt's bad enough that they sell poor quality produce, expired products, and empty shelves. But, now they violate the mask mandate. I saw a couple of people without masks, so I asked to speak with the manager. He told me that he cannot force people to wear one. When I asked if he could just ask them to put one one, he went back to his office. The store no longer provides for customers. Its gets crowded in there, so if could be a super spreader.

Smaller, easier-to-navigate walmart with huge grocery inventory. The variety is staggering, looking more diverse than other Walmarts because it's smaller and cozy here. I only visit during slow shopping times, early a.m., on weekdays (6a-10a). I dont buy meats; only fresh produce, dairy, bread, frozen and packaged food. I did pop in last week at 1030 p.m. for kids' Ibuprofen and a thermometer. It was busy, not the worst, and was a painfree urgent shopping excursion. During early hours, the parking is good, the staff are pleasant and professional and inventory is usually plentiful. It's located in a golden triangle: Trader Joe's, Sprouts Market and Ross all located across Marconi Av.
