I think the customer service is suffering from lack of making sure the goods are still in good condition. Long lines have been created, previous checkout machines and methods were great. Needs to go back as it was 4 years ago. A lot of safety hazards around the floor. Please make Walmart great again đ

?Unprofessional staffs In Bring out orders For Spark Drivers > âď¸. Walmart staffs who brings out the orders for delivery drivers they bring orders with missing items for spark driver in spot to delivery. Then the customers give 0 rate to delivery drivers when they see thereâs missing items in the their order delivery drivers lose their delivery jobs. Customers think the driver stealing items. But it is not this way. The unprofessional staffs cause delivery drivers lose their jobs. And wallmart lose customer.

Looks like they employ half-house, cracked out people. At the self check out, this employee wouldnât stop rambling on about nonsense as he bagged groceries for customers really fast, looking erky-jerky & erratic. The manager smelled like old hot dog water when I tried to return a product. Caught a whiff of onions, turned my head & saw a group of people that looked like they hadnât showered in weeks. Walked out with my items & there was a couple slumped over a shopping cart full of personal items & a buffed up pit bull. The guy wasnât wearing a shirt. Sheesh, this is definitely in a rough part of town.

They simply killed the store! At the self-service checkouts they installed âassistantsâ who snatch goods from your hands, fold them haphazardly and often forget to put paid goods in the cart. Because of this, there are long queues. The assortment has decreased much! And a completely blatant case with alcohol, which costs one price, but at the checkout they sell it to you for almost twice as much!!! When asked why you donât change the price tag, they answered me - either take the goods or leave!!! Violation of rights consumers, rudeness, rudeness and lawlessness! You feel pathetic and powerless. At the same time, people stole and still steal! No one is chasing or forcing people to pay for the goods who blatantly take them out. I visited this store every day for five years, but yesterday was mine last visit. It was as if they wiped their feet on me for my own money! The only accessible store was ruined, the area turned into a ghetto.

The older cashier lady with blonde hair who was on the job today June 30th at 11:28 AM at cashier register number two is being very rude and disrespectful towards Muslims.

This store is poorly managed and consistently has long lines with few registers open. Customers frustrations are thick and employees couldn't care less making it a very unpleasant experience.

Shopped here for a few years. Website isn't accurate for what's in stock all the time.
Staff recently has been really nice, but I can't help but feel that decline in convenience.
There's almost always a 5+ person line in self checkout and a bunch of the non-grocery items are locked up.
