Extremely Disappointing Experience – Beware Before Ordering
I attempted to purchase an iPhone from Walmart.com yesterday. The order was confirmed on the website, but within less than a minute, I received a cancellation email—no delivery appointment, no explanation, just an immediate cancellation.
What’s worse? Walmart charged my account instantly for a significant amount of money. The iPhone was not cheap, and yet the company has not refunded the money. I'm now being told that it may take up to 10 days to get my money back. That’s outrageous, especially when the order was never even processed or shipped.
This experience reflects a deeply flawed system—how can a company of Walmart’s size cancel an order immediately and still hold onto the customer's money for over a week? That’s not just bad customer service; it’s irresponsible and borderline unethical.
I expected reliability, transparency, and at the very least, respect for my time and money. Unfortunately, Walmart failed on all fronts.

it's always impossible to pay because there are super long lines, and to make matters worse, the products are locked behind shelves and no one seems to have the key!

Got tires here 7 months ago, purchased a warranty. Went into get tire replaced due to tire hole, Katrina, who is a technician came to tell me they would not replace my tire because they believe my tire is fixable. I advised it is not safe and not a long term fix for a tire I plan to keep for several more years. Katrina advised I can either get it patched there or leave. I advised Walmart will be personally responsible if at any time the patch fails due to my insistence on getting a replacement due to previous failures. Katrina advised “obviously we would be responsible” before walking away. I called corporate at 11:39 was told this is not the process and the store should replace the tire for safety concerns. I was advised to speak with a store manager. I asked for a store manager at 1150 am and waited until 1230 before leaving because the latch was completed. I get back to automotive and spoke with shop manager Anthony who advised the tire will not be replaced because that’s the process. I advised of what corporate stated and he said he hadn’t received a call from corporate so I can take the patch work or leave.
Very disappointed with this process and both Katrina and Anthony for the lack of follow up. Also the store manager was called and contacted 5 times in 30 minutes and no response. Completely unprofessional

Shopping at Walmart just isn't the same anymore. I worked at Walmart in the early 2000s. Employees used to greet you, employees used to have smiles on their faces and acknowledge your presence. We were in almost every department of that store yesterday, passed over a half dozen employees, and not one acknowledged us or smiled. They all looked absolutely miserable. Like they didn't want to be there. I understand it was 112 degrees outside. We can all be a little irritated for that. It's just sad to see that customer service is still on a rapid decline. Sad sad sad.

Сonstant delays in the pickup area. 10-15 car wait for orders, only 2 Walmart employees work. disgusting organization and service.

Large Supercenter with most everything you could want. I love Wal-Mart Supercenters. I may go there just for toothpaste and/or lip balm then just walk around and look.

The woman at the front of the store (I’m assuming the store greeter and receipt checker) was incredibly disrespectful. I usually have a great time at this Walmart, but this interaction was unpleasant and unwarranted.
