Walmart self checkout now not open until 10 am, was told by management it was for loss prevention reasons, so you only have loss problems until 10 am ? Older people like to shop early so goodbye Walmart, I'm not waiting behind 2-6 people with full baskets for a couple of items, why not just be honest your doing it to save on payroll.

My Tastebuds wanted a hot whole chicken to eat for sandwiches from Walmart Supercenter. The chicken was nice and brown with crispy edges all around. Can't beat the price for a fresh and tasty roasted bird made daily and timed out for quality and freshness.Also looking for some ham shanks and ham bones for someone who is making white beans, but came up short this time at Walmart Supercenter at Delta Shores. White beans with my favorite ingredients added are the best tasting dish. I absolutely love beans, especially white beans that are pampered just right. Cook them on a stovetop or in a crockpot for a few hours. Walking in the front door to that aroma of herbs and spices nicely getting along with one another gives that "come to mamma" moment.Although, they did have the McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning and the Lay's Baked BBQ chips that was on the list. What I liked and disliked about this Walmart Supercenter, are the changes made to both the in-person checkout stands and the self check-out stands. The in-person checkout stand lines were extremely long and the self checkout stands were blocked off and were completely empty and reserved for Walmart members using an app only. I think the time standing in line should be minimized and if the changes to the self check-out stands remains, at least have all of the in-person check-out stands operable and not closed. All-in-all, this Walmart Supercenter is a great store and location and my Tastebuds were majority satisfied. Nice store.

Today I went to Delta Shores Walmart looking for specific toys/Christmas gifts for our GrandkidsA very helpful and patient Walmart employee helped me locate nearly everything I was looking for. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She was wonderful!

By far the worst service ever waiting at least 30min almost to an hour just for someone to open the cage with the keys which is unprofessional due to my time being wasted

All Halloween stuff was thrown around and on the floor. It would have been nice if someone were to check the area to tell customers something or fix it up somewhat. It was hard to find costumes because everything out of place because customers.

I do wish that I could give a negative rating. So this store takes joy in stealing from it's customers, so with that being said, buyer beware. My daughter went in an purchased some Air Pod Pro earbuds for her husband. She is not a big Apple consumer and knew very little about the product. She spoke to 2 people at length in the electronics department before buying and then ultimately bought the AirPods and a warranty. She left the store drove home and excitedly gave her husband the "gift". Once opened what a surprise when there were NO AirPods only a greasy neon green square and some white charging cord. Well back to the store she went to explain what had just happened and upset that all the money she had been saving for this item was just wasted on a product that was not there. She was told by a Manager Mary ( which I later would come to find out is named Coach Mary ) told her that there was nothing that she could do. That she could not confirm that that item was not in the box and that she "was not accusing my daughter or stealing but that there is nothing that she can do. She stated "that is why you get the warranty, call them and they should be able to replace the item or send you an ecard." She went on to claim how thorough their check in process is on "high ticket" items. There is no way that the product would not be in the box. Ironic since while standing in line another customer had a return where a game from a sealed box was not in the box when it was opened but rather a used game. I think this store has a crafty thief in it's employ. So, with no direction my daughter called and got me involved. I started to contact the store at 6:00pm. You can not get a hold of ANYONE. It rings and rings and no one picks up. I went through the vision center before I got a person. I was then transferred to very rude person who told me that she would have to place me on hold to get the manager. I was on hold for 1hr and 22 minutes. I used another phone and got another rude person during the other phone being on hold to tell me that Coach Mary just left on her 30 minute lunch and to call back. I called back 35 minutes later after the 8 try to get through I got a rude person telling me that Coach Mary was not back from her lunch I stated that she told me that her lunch was 30 minutes and then she said it was an hour. I asked if she could call me back and she stated that she would pass my information to Mary. I did not trust that and for good reason, HORRIBLE customer service. Do not call the 800 "corporate" either. Did you know that WalMart does not have Corporate customer service they will only direct you back to the store. SMH! Billion Dollar corporation with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well I finally got a hold of Coach Mary 2 1/2 hours after my intial phone call and was given the corporate spill about how they process "high ticket" items and so on. She stated to have compassion for my daughter and that she understood that it was lot of money. She said she went and looked at their "very clear" cameras and seen when my daughter purchased the item, she said that she zoomed all the way into the product and could see the manufacture seal on the AirPods box and that if it was tampered with then my daughter would not have bought it. I asked if the Sac City PD could come and take a look at the video and she said she would not have an issue with that. We went round and round and the end of the call was that I reach out to the Manage Sukchain Dhillon in the morning and see if he is able to help. Here we go again....at the time of this post. I have called the store 5 times it is the ring game again. The person who answered very kindly told me that the manager was doing a walk through and to call back, when I called back nearly 40 mins later I was told that he was in a team meeting about to do a cheer and to call back in 30 mins. I guess I will call back and update when I can.....to be continued.

Have been getting terrible service from the pickup. Doesn't matter if I'm the only one there, they'll make me wait. I just waited half an hour while they served about 7 cars that came after me. Didn't bag stuff, just threw it in. Gave attitude. Ripped open bags, busted containers. Totally unprofessional.

I want to remind people that the managers here will NOT help you. Read the reviews! If you are ever attacked, given faulty electronics, harassed, they will tell you to pound sand. I had rubbing alcohol dumped on me here a couple years ago and the assailant was caught on camera and the manager refused to let me see the footage and told me I was out of luck because I wasn’t “injured”. Walmart being Walmart. Forever trashy.

This location is always well stocked and organized. There's not always associates around to get assistance or ask questions. However, I frequent this particular location because it's clean and I can get in and out of the store quickly. The produce is always fresh & crispy, so I will come here just to pick up grapes three times a week. Lol

Reminds me of the ghetto Walmart on florin road… this used to be nice 3 years ago … now people selling dvds and tamales out in the parking lot and you see a lot of creepy crawlers that look like they want to rob youThe grocery pick up literally takes over an hour. I’ve been sitting here forever. The app keeps crashing, so I can’t check in and I think the guy forgot about me. I had to get out of the car and tell him I’m here to pick up my order ridiculous. I called numerous of times, and they have not answered since I’ve been here.

Picked up an online grocery order. Online feedback showed Some items were not available so i went inside the store and bought them! They were on the shelf!!! I used grocery pickup all during Covid quarantine and had no problem orders. I guess they slacked off since then!!

Worst Walmart I've ever been to by far.. had an issue in the makeup isle the woman who worked there was rude and spoke I'll of customers.. I went to get a supervisor and I was told there was no supervisor or lead on shift . I was basically dismissed like I as a customer did not matter. No matter how many Walmarts there are across the country, we as customers matter. I live in Mesa AZ and get treated better there. I'm so upset and disappointed by the treatment I received today at this Walmart, you should as a corporation be ashamed of how your associates treat paying customers.

Do not place a pickup order here on a Sunday afternoon. Went to pickup and there were literally more than 25 cars in line. Tried to call manager and no one picked up. Took 30 minutes to get my order refunded on the phone. Gas money gone.
