I am standing in line with 10 people and the only teller gets up and walks away. I think that is such bad customer service. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I feel this is unacceptable.

nice and friendly staff. Clean environment. I was able to use atm and get my business done inside the bank. This branch sometimes gets a little crowded though.

Same issues as always. Line is out the door and they have two tellers working. No urgency from anyone working. By far the slowest bank branch that I have ever visited. All customers in line are upset and the manager as always is not assisting. Over 45 min wait just to make a deposit. Replace the manager now

Literally slowest WF ever. Never more than 2 tellers. Who lag. Ive been in line over 5 minutes. It has not moved. 4 people still ahead of me. 3 other staff not doing anything but standing around. No one greets you or Thanks you for your patience. Why would anyone be with a teller for more than 5 minutes. Let alone 2 at the same time.

I'm leaving one star because no one ever answers the phone, I shouldn't have to walk into the branch for a simple yes or no question. Our time as customers is also important, and what is the point of having a branch with multiple staff if one can't be assigned the phones. The Wells Fargo in N. Natomas also never answers the phone.
