Long wait time. Even if you are the only one in line. When you finally get called up to the window be ready to be treated disrespectfully and with a snobby attitude. The teller was unable to create a simple money order. Even with a good long standing account she was asking for a $15 money order fee. Overall she was extremely disrespectful condescending and unprofessional. I will never return and will close my account at this banking facility.

Eric Chavez will chase customers away from this branch. I tried to create an account for my father and I bought his permanent residence card, his social security card and medical card and even bills showing address… Eric takes pride in proving that he is giving you a hard time and he is so unknowledgable, he was bent on saying that we bring in a Medicaid card. I kept on telling him medical is Medicaid in the state of California, but he was bent on proving that he is dumb.When he makes his support call, instead of being objective, he talks negatively on the phone with the support person and he kept saying they need Medicaid EOB. I have gone to another branch of Wells Fargo to open the same account and even support was called - I was able to open the account.Eric Chavez has no business being an account officer or business representative . He will chase clients away

Eric Chavez will chase customers away from this branch. He is not knowledgable. I came with my dad to create an account for him, we had his PR card, social security card, medical card, real ID receipts, letters from USCIS, Sutter bills all showing his address. First, Eric was hell bent on us showing him a Medicaid card and all my attempts to make him know that medical is Medicaid in the state of California fell on deaf ears. Then he started asking for medical EOB, when we have a medical card He is someone that takes pride in giving customers a hard time to aid his ego . I opened my father's account at another branch today and the process was easy and smooth. Eric Chavez has no business being a relationship banker at wells Fargo. I have been a banker for 15 years and I have not had any issues at any Wells Fargo branch.

Wednesday normal day, 13 people in line with 5-6 simply left because they got tired waiting. Only 2 bankers are working. And 3 personal bankers sitting in their cubicals, 2 on their cellphone and one on the PC. I've been in lime for 20 min now and I still have 6 people ahead of me and now 9 behind. This place needs more tellers!!!

Very shocked and disappointed about the service at this bank. I accidentally paid a bill pay of over $800 to the wrong person. Yes my mistake. The first manager I talked to at Wells Fargo said there’s nothing I can do. couple days later I went back opened the claim I waited 10 days went in and found out the claim had been closed, but they will open a new one and put in a complaint, it will be handled soon. It’s been three days since then 15 days since it happened. This is very bad service. When I called customer service, Gerald #ko30379 kept putting me on hold and didn’t understand what’s going on or what to do. I’m very much considering leaving this bank. I still don’t have my over $800 back.

New account here and it's impossible to actually use this location. This was my third attempt this morning. I came here on a Tuesday at 3:00pm the first time and the line was to queued to the door. Wasn't moving for 5 minutes, so I left with 3 others. 2nd time I tried was last week on a Friday at 11am. Same exact issue. Tried as they opened today, line was about 10 deep. I see them queue in and again it's ONE person. What's the point of all the teller windows with just one person? I wish I could do everything online so I'd never have to go here but I can't.
