Located in Ice Blocks. I love that I can order my items for pick up here and there's a pick up order parking section on the street!!! Don't have to go looking for a parking spot because it's always packed there. It is a very busy plaza with food, groceries, dessert, coffee and a brewery to enjoy. The employees are always so helped and nice. One place where I don't see employees hating their job. Always smells great in there and I love checking out their little sale section. It is never busy so you can enjoy looking at stuff in peace. Beats going to the Roseville Galleria. It a higher end store, so I recommend trying to find items online for pick up, sometimes there's discount codes online that's not in store.

Love this store. Semi modern.

This store is gorgeous! It's on the 16th Street corner of the Ice Blocks complex. My first time in and I was just browsing and looking. All the employees were very friendly and nice. The store is big and bright and fully stocked with modern furniture and home decor. Their aesthetic is classy and cool. They also had holiday items - dishware and decorations. Definitely stop in!!

Kim Anderson, the GM of this store is a terrible human being. Never in my life have I ever been treated as rudely than by Kim. I used the design service to furnish my entire house. I ended up spending around $20,000 on new furniture at this store. I asked the designer who purchased my products to purchase the All state protection plan on my couch. 3 months pass and I finally get a text saying my couch is ready to be scheduled for delivery. As I take a look at the invoice I notice the protection plan is not on the invoice. I give west elm a call and they tell me they will look into it and give me a call back that day. 2 days pass and still no call. I called the store back which is when Kim answers the phone. She already knew who I was and how I called asking about the insurance. I ask her why she never called me if she knew what was going on. She begins yelling at me and telling me there is nothing they can do except cancel the sofa and reorder it which would lead to an additional 3-6 months of waiting.Kim Anderson and the designer who screwed up by not adding the insurance, I hope you get fired.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We bought 2 Harris Sofas. Custom order. This is the first time we have ever purchased furniture from West Elm. When they were delivered, they looked beautiful and everything was fine. After sitting on them for a day the fabric started to buckle. No joke. One day. Also, the foam would not bounce back when you would get up from the sofa. After four or five days of owning the sofas, I contacted West Elm, and they have agreed to replace both bench cushions. We went into the show room and tested out the sofas. They seemed fine. The sales lady said that they were commercial grade good quality very supportive and used in commercial spaces. I specifically mentioned my size and needing a good supportive sofa. She said these would be great. I specifically asked about foam density and she said these would be great. I am a part-time interior designer, so I know the questions to ask when I'm buying furniture The new cushions should be in next week. However, over the last six weeks that I have sat on the sofas, I have noticed a constant back pain. I don't know what is up with this foam, but its like they stuffed the sofas with cotton balls. There is absolutely no support. I'm not sure how the new bench cushions are going to do, if the foam is going to be any better, but now my back has gone completely out. I've had to go to the doctor and now I am on pain medication and had to take a week off work. My back hasn't gone out in 10 years. I cannot sit on or lay or on these sofas because they offer absolutely no support. Over the last 19 years my husband and I have owned four homes and we have bought 17 sofas from a myriad of manufacturers and I have never had a problem like this. HORRIBLE!! When the new bench cushions arrive, if there is no issue, I will amend this review. I have no issues with their customer service. I had no issues with the delivery of the sofas. The customer service was fine. I will say, however that I don't think the sales person clearly understood what it means for someone to need a very supportive sofa. To be proactive. I have already reached out to an upholsterer to get quotes on getting the foam replaced if the new bench cushions are not supportive. It is going to cost us $1100 to have a new really good supportive foam put in.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Since we don't have a WE store near us, I purchased a king size duvet online. It was $189 with tax and shipping (not cheap). When I received it, the dimensions were incorrect. The website stated it was 108 x 92 but it is actually 104 x 92, 4" shorter than stated. My original insert was a 108 x 92 which would have fit perfectly. Now I have to buy a new insert to fit this duvet. I contacted customer service (through a chat) and they said sorry for the incorrect description and only offered a 10% discount on a duvet insert from their store. I looked at their duvet inserts and the least expensive one was $300+. I am not paying an additional $300+ for something that I didn't need in the first place. When I said it was too expensive, they said sorry and ended the chat. If I returned it I would have to pay for the shipping both ways because they don't reimburse shipping charges. It would cost me $46 in shipping charges just to return an item that was incorrectly described. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Beautiful store. So many nice pieces of home goods. I love their rugs. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to greet and assist you. Parking is on the street. Don't forget to feed the meter. There are public restrooms in the back. Right before you enter look left, there is a clearance room with some amazing deals. Also they decorate their bathrooms with their goods. It's a great example of what you can use in your own. Also look closely at their displays, they tuck sale and clearance items in their standard displays. They welcome you to walk on their carpets, sit on the furniture and see if they are what you are looking for.

BEWARE!!! Nice furniture? Yes. But if you order furniture from West Elm, be very aware of the following: 1. NO-SHOW DELIVERY on your confirmed date and 2-hour window. NO CALL, NO EXPLANATION from either Ryder Delivery or WEST ELM. 2. COMPLETE LACK of coordination between West Elm Customer Service or store staff and their delivery extension (Ryder). DON'T EXPECT ANY ANSWERS or for them to take any responsibility to reach a reasonable resolution. 3. You pay $299.00 for "White Glove" delivery. DON'T expect ANY COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER if they FAIL TO DELIVER. 4. The fact that you take a day off waiting for confirmed delivery - and no one shows up or calls - DOES NOT MATTER to WEST ELM!! 5. Be aware that after the EXPECTED, CONFIRMED and SCHEDULED DELIVERY doesn't happen, spending over an hour on the phone with WEST ELM Customer Support trying to get answers and to find out where your order is and why they didn't deliver - DOES NOT MATTER TO WEST ELM!! 6. DON'T expect WEST ELM staff or management to get involved and arrange any mutual compensation for its shortfall. 7. West Elm WON'T GO TO BAT FOR YOU to get the missed delivery any sooner than if you go online and reschedule a new date on your own. 8. NO GUARANTEE that your product will be delivered on the new date you choose. West Elm's business practices are unreliable, disingenuous and highly lacking in customer "care".

Not a rating on the store but about the terrible customer service and Ryder Last Mile missing deliveries. Do not buy anything to be delivered from West Elm. The amount of time that I put in trying to track down my missing shipment was ridiculous. Besides that, I got a supervisor that was more concerned about trying to coach her staff than listen to a customer complaint. Have also filed a complaint with BBB.

I would've given zero star if there had been such an option. I should say tho this low rating is for West Elm and not for the store employee who we worked with. She was very nice person and helpful and actually helped us with the design and choices. However, once you place your order, you are on your own. It seems like a high end furniture company but this was our WORST experience ever!Let me put it this way, good luck finding and scheduling delivery of your furniture after you place the order. You must call Ryder company to schedule the delivery and I say again good luck with that!We placed the order back in April 2022 and after several days and hours of being on hold with Ryder they finally delivered the furniture SIX months after the purchase. HOWEVER, the furniture was not complete, from a 5-piece set, two pieces were missing, one piece had missing legs (and Ryder staff didn't know where they are!), and the rest had finger prints on them and dirty! WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY IS A LIE! Don't pay for that! We paid $300 for it and Just see the pictures of delivered items! The Ryder installers installed the remaining parts wrong and put a hole in our brand new flooring while drilling the legs! They literally left in such a rush and left us in shock!Again after days and hours of phone calls (during work day hours) they finally promised to place a replacement order which was finally delivered in December (After hours and hours of calls and being on hold with Ryder) and guess what! THE NEW SET HAD MISSING LEGS AGAIN!To cut the story short, the delivery person was able to mix and match and remove legs from the previously delivered furniture and put it on the new one and finally make a complete set!If I had known this level of incompetency I would've saved my time, energy and money and shopped at a different store. I purchased my other furniture from Restoration Hardware and was super happy with that, everything went smoothly from purchasing to delivery and installation, they are the real professionals!Even telling this story and remembering all that pain is still like a nightmare! Very very disappointing

Love the furniture here and for the most part we’ve had good service (prior to making a purchase). However, once you place the order, good luck trying to get your furniture. Their delivery contractor (Ryder) is incompetent. They’ve rescheduled our order 3x in 3 weeks. When we brought it to the store, the management had made nothing but excuses and don’t seem to have control of the process. Our next step is to contact West Elm’s corporate office to see if we can get our furniture delivered and be compensated for the “white glove” which we have yet to see. They don’t understand the concept of Customer Service. It’s sad and disappointing.

I ordered several items, both in the store and online. If it is something they can ship to you it will probably arrive in a reasonable amount of time. However, if it involves having it made and then delivered to you, you likely will never see it. Well, in all fairness, if you were willing to wait upwards of a year you would probably receive it. Their logistics are a mess. Don't believe the estimated delivery date! It will be constantly moved out

The sales people and products are great...it all goes downhill with the delivery. I would purchase an item in the store that I can take home with me, but will never order items to be delivered again. I ordered a dining table, 4 chairs and cabinet in October. I paid $279 for the items to be delivered unboxed and assembled. I was told items would be delivered together, so something might be held until the rest of my order was ready. This was fine, but it didn't happen. First item received on 12/6/22, two months after purchase. I received 4 chairs...and the driver refused to unbox/assemble because his paperwork didn't instruct him to. A month later, I received the cabinet, and again the driver refused to unbox/assemble. The email from Ryder said they would leave it on my porch if I wasn't home. This is not what I paid for! The boxes were huge and thick with lots of styrofoam too. I had to make multiple trips to the refuse center to dispose of packaging that I paid West Elm to handle. My table never arrived, so I contacted customer service. The rep told me she had to call Ryder because the system showed conflicting information. She assured me she would call back later that day with an update. She never called. I called back a week later. The rep confirmed my table was lost and would have to be re-ordered. She placed the order and it would be another month before it arrived. She was shocked at the experience I had for the first two deliveries and said I should be refunded the delivery fee. She notated my order and instructed me to email customer service after my last item arrived. Table arrived and the drivers assembled, so at least one delivery went right, even though it was only supposed to be one delivery for all items. I emailed customer service to request the refund and was refused. They were willing to discount my order a percentage, but it didn't equal the fee I paid. For all the hassle, delay, lack of customer service, and inconvenience, I would expect a reputable company to do what's right and refund the delivery fee. Disappointed with my first West Elm delivery experience.
